I went here about a month ago, convenient because I was going to a concert at Apollo. Very nice burger and very kind staff.
I mixed up the time of the concert so I tried to get back in and told me they couldn't seat me because I was alone (from the time I left to the time I try to get back in there were no more than 5 minutes).
I’ve actually tried Honest Burger a few years back. And honestly? Yes I thoroughly enjoyed that juicy Cheese Burger that I had back then – perfectly medium rare and proper juicy. However, I no longer get to enjoy that unless it is halal, which unfortunately Honest Burger isn’t (only their Tooting branch does halal chicken).
Again had a very good burger here.
Nothing fancy but I have now had solid burger and a solid chicken burger.
Fries very good and seasoned well. Good price.

Absolutely incredible! I'm gluten free and can eat pretty much everything on the menu, I never feel concerned about it and it always tastes amazing. The person I was with had never been before and they won't stop talking about it and want to go back!
Great, delicious uncomplicated food. Music was a little loud upstairs where we were sitting so we asked for it to be turned down, and staff were more than happy to accommodate. Funky interior, if a little squashed in but good atmosphere. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time and delicious chips. Good prices. No puds, but staff member explained that this was because the food is super fresh daily and not too much refrigerated for long, which made sense.
Came for a quick bite before seeing a show in Eventim Apollo( which was conveniently beside it). Honestly surprised at how good the burger was. I had the Honest burger and I finished everything on the plate.
Consistently good, consistently great atmosphere. It is a smaller Honest Burger but if you are lucky to get to sit where you want, it is a great place even when busy, which is always.
Right next to the Hammersmith Apollo means if you give yourself plenty of time, you can have something great to eat and then queue up to watch a show.
What a lovely place and an “honest” burger chain in London. I have been there two times until now, and all the food is excellent. Big portions and all burgers come with amazing crispy chips. I love the special ones that they have each month.
Advice, make the Nothern Monk beers permanent and collab for a limited dessert menu. It doesn't need to be long, only up to two options.
A bonus for the place is the excellent, polite and genius personnel.
This is a quality burger joint. A great location next to the Apollo it's very easy to find. Clearly this place is well liked as most tables were taken and there was a steady flow of customers on our visit.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, easy to get their attention to order more drinks etc.
Everything on the menu looked great and for sure the food didn't disappoint. The burgers were fantastic, onion rings are some of the best we've ever had, fries are crunchy just how I like and the hot wings were on point. The drinks options were good so these kept coming throughout our meal 🙂
The toilets here are fine and kept clean. There is no onsite parking as for as I can tell.
We will definitely visit here again when next in the area.
Very nice & great value! Nice decor & friendly service. Love their rosemary chips. Guess you can ask without it if needed.

Lovely staff. I arrived 20 minutes early (ordered on the train, had no idea how long it would take me to find it, but was pretty easy to find, given that the building has 'BURGERS' painted on the side in massive letters!) the seater guy called the kitchen, who said it would be no problem. Seater guy then took my suitcase somewhere safe while I popped to the bathroom,and when I returned downstairs moments later, he was there with both my suitcase and order! Amazing! Burger and fries were delicious.
We had a fantastic time at Honest Burger Hammersmith. Both my friends are gluten and dairy free, so it’s great they’re so well catered for, their favourite burgers in London! Andrea was a brilliant server, clearly very hard working and such a friendly guy - thank you!!
