All three of our pasta dishes were lovely, and the pizzas on other tables looked enormous. Would definitely go,again.
Best place on the heart of Willesden Green. Food is amazing. Staff very friendly, professional and attentive in everything, specially our waitress, Jessica, amazing girl, always smiling. I definitely come back, i can’t resist to have the “Insalata del Capo”. :)
Last Saturday I came to Sanzio with my partner and we enjoyed a perfect evening. The food was very very good, the atmosphere was friendly and the staff keep a very good vibe about it! Homemade Pizzas and pasta that we loved! We will book again soon! We would recommend it!!

Amazing experience 4th time in a row. My first visit back in 2013 surprised me with the awesome customer service, everyone is very professional and friendly at the same time. Very helpful in explaining the menu as well as suggesting a suitable wine to go with any dish (let me add the restaurant was quite full on a Monday evening and the waiter nevertheless gave us his undivided attention and made sure everyone was happy) .
Food, my God the food... Pizza's are a definite strength of the restaurant, but my ultimate favourite are mussels in white wine, lemon and garlic sauce with some bread on the side. My only suggestion would be to bring in some sweet wines into the menu, but that is again my personal preference.
Also, the prices. It is a local restaurant offering a certain level of fine dining therefore prices are very appropriate. Recently my visit accompanied by my partner cost us £30 which included two mains, a side as well as a glass of wine (complementary olives for a starter- very tasty). To add, do you ever feel like it's a massive favour when asking for a for regular tap water from the staff in a restaurant? The definitely isn't the case here. As soon as we sat down the waiter greeted us with 1l bottle and a warming smile (also complimentary).
Overall very good food, stylish interior, homely atmosphere, attentive staff. Really can't fault it so far.

I love this Italian restaurant, an small spot in Willesden Green where you can enjoy a chat with friends or a private dinner and party. It's friendly and welcoming, I really like their mussels and the salmon pasta a part from the tasty rose wine we had. The service it was awesome, I would definitely come back.
Having been regulars at the restaurant for some years we decided it was the perfect venue to celebrate our wedding.
Our guests were greeted with a warm friendly welcome and the whole night proceeded without a hitch. The food was delicious and every guest was served promptly and every meal was hot - no mean feat when serving 26 people at the same time. Every meal was of the equally high standard we have grown to know when dining as just a small party of 2 or 4. Drinks were kept replenished and the water bottles were frequently topped up.
I cannot praise Antonella and her team enough. They were rushed off their feet all night and yet nothing was ever too much trouble - every request was met with a genuine smile and dealt with immediately. I really was overwhelmed by the level of care they maintained from the minute our guests walked in the door until we we were the last people to leave at the end of the night!
This is the ideal little location for a small romantic meal or a laid back gathering of friends. I’m in love with the comfy, cosy and totally charming atmosphere it has in the evenings and the food is lovely too.

Sanzio is my amazing local Italian. It’s not glam but it is very cosy and incredibly welcoming. The entire decor of the restaurant is so very homey, with windows decked in gleaming gold fairly lights, the dark wooden tables littered with shimmering candles, and an array of paintings on the walls.
Named after Raphael Sanzio da Urbino, and Italian painter and architect of the high renaissance the restaurants has a similar traditional artistic feel.
The restaurant also has bay windows which can be opened out in Summer to let in a cooling breeze making it in all a very relaxing location.
Could I Afford Seconds?
Yes. The prices are perfect for the amount of food served. It’s not incredibly cheap as you sometime get in small local restaurants, but the prices are worth it. A pasta dish can cost about £7- £12 and a pizza about £8. As with all traditional Italian menus the number of dishes on offer is extensive with substantial choice for vegetarians.
Would I Want Seconds?
Yes. The food, like the décor, is relaxed and fulfilling. The portions are large enough to fill you up but also allow some space for dessert.

Really good food. Superb service. Buzzy atmosphere. Went with work colleagues and we had a room out thebback complete with outdoor space so ideal for groups of 25-ish (which was what we had.)
What a very pleasant and lovely evening at sanzio. The atmosphere was very nice and busy with not too loud crowds. I came with my family of 10 and we all throughly enjoyed the evening and food. The food was amazing and every dish tasted really nice and full of flavours and great presentation. The drinks were very nice and so was the desserts. I would highly recommend others to visit because it was well worth it. The value and portions for the price was well worth it. Great and excellent customer service and experience from the staff who were always at hand and gave us all a pleasant evening. So thank you to the team of alessandra, Anne, Kevin, flora, and Emma who were all very friendly and professional. I will definitely be visiting again and advise others to visit for an authentic Italian meal.👌👏

I was glad I didn't have a lot of expectation going here but I just wish it wasn't so crowded. The food was great and the customer service was great as well. Beautiful space and great for family dining.
Its a lovely little restaurant, and the food is good, but the service is a bit abrupt at times. Have been here a number of times and they seem a bit almost perturbed re questions about dishes and more than once I have been rushed through my meal as were closing soon. Maybe they should mention when sitting people that are closely sharply at whatever time, and people can then decide if want to maybe go somewhere else for a leisurely meal rather than being rushed. Other than this the food is excellent and it is a cosy little restaurant which otherwise has a lovely atmosphere.
Amazing hidden gem located near Willsden Green Station. I really enjoyed the food very tasty! the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful we had a lovely lady named Anne who made a great recommendation for my pizza choice as I wanted to try something from my usual! Overall definitely deserve 5 stars and will be returning! On a side note they are also covid friendly lots of airflow through the restaurant and option for alfresco dining out the back! :0)
This was an adorable place that local friends took us too. The staff was amazing and accommodating to our kiddos. It was cozy and popular and the food was tasty.
My husband and I organised our Wedding lunch at Sanzio. From beginning to end, everything was perfect. The service, food, venue, celebration. Communication is efficient, and we couldn't recommend Sanzio enough. The gem of Willesden Green. Thank you Maria and team, you are the best!

This place looks more like a rustic cafe than restaurant but other than that all is great :) you are going there for food and this is very tasty. We had family mini celebration and ordered a lot of dishes from menu - all were great and as expected. Great sharing feast overall at a decent price. Staff were happy to help and credit to business.
We have had three EXCELLENT meals here in the past three months. Lovely staff, perfect service, delicious wines… and one of the best pizzas that I have had outside of Italy.
Very nice and cozy restaurant in the area with the beautiful foods and friendly services. Every time we visited the restaurant , we try the different menus, all dishes was delicious!!
Lovely neighbourhood Italian bistro with friendly staff and reliably good food. The freshly baked garlic bread is a must order, and their specials are well worth trying though they can be on the pricy side (I recently had tagliatelle with scallop and bottarga which was well seasoned and generously portioned).

The venue is very pretty, nice decoration and covid19 safe. The are space between tables. The staff worn a facemask all the time. The staff made our experience nicer, being so friendly and serving fast.
Regarding the food, We had calamari, pollo milanese and pasta. It was all tasty and fress. The only thing to improve are the chips, It would be lovely to have hand cut chips.

Lovely restaurant with delicious food. The wine is excellent, the staff are friendly, and there's never been an issue with booking a table.
So far it is the best Italian restaurant in Willesden. If you want to eat a genuine Italian dish, this is the right place. The food is delicious and so authentic Italian. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. A big Thank You to waiters and chefs; You offer fantastic services guys. Well done!!
