We came for the lovely afternoon tea 🍵. The staff were very attentive . The tea had gluten free options that one of us needed and because the staff had forgotten about it they brought an extra tray for us. At the end the offer 50 g of sweeties to take with you . The food is amazing and you have to try the different flavours of tea

Went for afternoon tea. Purposely booked it because it was one of the few places in London with outdoor afternoon tea. A day or two prior to they called to confirm my reservation and confirmed with me I'd prefer outdoor seating & that they'd try to accommodate. On the day of, despite no rain or inclement weather, the outdoor seating was closed. If I had known outdoor seating would not be available I would not have gone. Even if that was a possibility, I wish they had told me on the call I had to confirm my reservation. I assumed it would be open and maybe full and would have gladly waited, but did not assume it wouldn't open at all. Overall, though, very nice service (the staff stayed fully masked & upon leaving our table I did, also), refills offered for everything (though a limited tea menu) and a very beautiful space but if you want outdoor afternoon tea, try Dalloway Terrace instead.

This place is seriously good at afternoon tea. Having a unique theme is such a good way to separate from the thousands of other hotels that do this. We were lucky enough to go during the Original Sweetshop theme, and we got a complementary pick n mix at the end. The hotel, food, tea, service & decor was all sublime. Try the chocolate black tea for something different ☕️
