Went in on a chilly, rainy day for a nice hot chocolate to warm up. I ordered the "velvetized" version. It was, in fact, the best hot chocolate I've ever had in my life! Scrumptious!

Went for a Black Forest gateau flavoured hot chocolate, I skipped the cream and saved the calories for the chocolate stir! It was really tasty and I very much enjoyed the hot drink.
Highly recommend hotel chocolat as the staff has been very friendly and helpful! They were all very kind! Definitely a bonus!

I took the Bean to Bar class with Josh. He was fabulous! The class was excellent. Josh is hilarious. There are plenty of hands on experiences and many visuals. Josh and Candy worked really hard and extended excellent hospitality. Everyone in the class had fun and learned a lot.
Upstairs, they have really nice staff making coffee, ice cream and hot chocolate. They give everyone Prosecco or something else to drink. You get to see the machines of small batch chocolate making.
