I took the Bean to Bar class with Josh. He was fabulous! The class was excellent. Josh is hilarious. There are plenty of hands on experiences and many visuals. Josh and Candy worked really hard and extended excellent hospitality. Everyone in the class had fun and learned a lot.
Upstairs, they have really nice staff making coffee, ice cream and hot chocolate. They give everyone Prosecco or something else to drink. You get to see the machines of small batch chocolate making.
Sophia was amazing! Best customer service and made my first experience in store one to remember. I will definitely be returning :)

I was busy in taking some photos for the shop and my family started eating the ice cream, and because of the compliment that they did, I couldn't wait to finish taking photos for my ice cream. I bite it twice and enjoyed the deep taste of caramelized honey with the delicious ice cream. They are very friendly and made my day. Thank you!!!

Went for a Black Forest gateau flavoured hot chocolate, I skipped the cream and saved the calories for the chocolate stir! It was really tasty and I very much enjoyed the hot drink.
Highly recommend hotel chocolat as the staff has been very friendly and helpful! They were all very kind! Definitely a bonus!

I've never tried their chocolate (confectionery) but I like their hot chocolate! Specifically the 85% dark! Tip: sign up for their free VIP program to get 20% off your drinks
Fun tasting experience, it was really good to try different types of chocolate alongside each other to be able to better understand the differences. Our guide didn't seem to have a very deep knowledge of chocolate but she knew more than I did. They were generous with both the chocolate and the prosecco.
I can highly recommend the children workshop. Josh and Jo did a great job at sharing some super interesting chocolate facts and keeping the kids engaged while decorating super yummy high quality chocolate ❤️
