Really good pizzas, pasta, burrata, olives, desserts, coffee….yes its all good here. Warm friendly service from Italian staff, when they are not too busy. Some seating on ground floor where you can watch the pizzaiolo at work, while upstairs is another dining area where they show classic Italian films with English subtitles. Popular with families.
Great food and great atmosphere, probably one of the best pizza that I had not only in London. Even pasta is great. Location is pretty good, close to the hospital. Service exceptional. Really recommend
I love Neapolitan style pizza. It’s one of my favourite foods and probably the one dish I could everyday for the longest time without getting tired of. I reckon the pizzas coming from the wood-fired ovens of Rossopomodoro are among London’s finest. So when the invitation came my way to attend a press night preview of its new pizza masterclasses hosted by the restaurant group’s senior pizzaioli I was keen to attend.
Summertime’s the best time to eat buffalo mozzarella from the southern Italian region of Campania. The weather’s at its warmest, the grass and herbs are at their sweetest, and the water buffalos graze with glee, resulting in the tastiest, richest milk to be made into the famous white cheese.
The exterior of Rossopomodoro is an unremarkable restaurant front almost opposite Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. I’ve passed it by many times – I had no reason to believe that it would be different to any other pizzeria in London. Invited to take part in a celebration for the start of the Mozzarella season, I was intrigued enough to go along and find out more. The promise of a one kilo mozzarella to taste might just have contributed to my enthusiasm too…
The most authentic neapolitan pizza I found in London and their fresh buffalo mozzarella starter is delicious
When in london and fancy a pizza we gran bus 28 and rum to' rossopomodoro. A real pizza and hearing speaking neapolitan is such a great plus! Well done guys!
Rossopomodoro is a worldwide chain serving fresh, authentic, and delicious Neapolitan (Southern Italian) food. This post is a from a couple of visits to their location on Fulham Road , in Chelsea, London. Rossopomodoro imports flour, (San Marzano) tomatoes, mozarella and other ingredients from Italy (not necessarily environmentally friendly!). Rossopomodoro is great not just for some delicious Neapolitan food, but also for the informal, relaxed atmosphere (warning – it can get quite noisy on a Saturday evening). Rossopomodoro screens modern Italian movies on Monday nights at some / all of their locations. Inside Rossopomodoro on Fulham Road, London The best dish at Rossopomodoro is the burratina – burrata in mozarella. This was extremely fresh and creamy just as it should be. Some salt flakes on top would have taken this dish to the next le
Good italian food there seafood pasta was delicious and they import fresh mozzarella weekly from Napoli it was delicious. The pumpkin and prawn pasta was an interesting dish also I recommend this also. Nice a busy friendly staff.
Simply one of the best Neapolitan pizzas in town (probably the best pizza place in Chelsea), coupled with very good and fresh buffalo mozzarellas.
Very good service and the ambience is even better than in the Italian branches.
The food was pretty amazon however quite expensive- there are cheaper options in the area. The pizza and pasta was authentic and very good. The staff was relatively fast and the atmosphere was pleasant. Limited street parking. Suitable for children and vegetarians.
This classic Neapolitan restaurant offers the classic in an informal setting.
Great for a casual lunch or easy Italian dinner option.
I have to say, the spaghetti was very, very good.
The seafood pasta was a bit salty but still nice.
absolutely the best pizza and experience ever!! We had a couple of starters that were very nicely cooked and then the pizza which was just superb!! Even though the meal was stunning the main asset of this place is Alex, the young manager!! His friendly and super efficient service made our evening the 'perfect' one. We were so impressed by his calm yet confident attitude especially considering his young age. Absolutely best place and service in the area and strongly recommend! Well done everyone for the hard work and keep it up
One of our favourite family places from the day our son was born. Still going strong. Food is fresh, generous and lovely. Light, bright, clean space. Good attentive staff. We recommend.
Rossopomodoro is absolutely amazing! Five stars food - their silky, Neapolitan pizza is so cheesy, saucy yet it is light and fluffy. Five stars for their service - I’ve ordered delivery multiple times, it it comes within five to ten minutes! At first I was skeptical that it would be good pizza, but I was proven wrong - it’s the fastest pizza on earth, yet it retains such incredible standards.
This pizza can out-do almost any other pizza company - it’s certainly more tasty (and faster!) than Pizza Express, Pizza Pilgrims, Dominoes and Crisp.
Next time you order some pizza, seriously consider Rossopomodoro!
I’m the newest fan of this place! Had an amazing experience yesterday, the most delicious pizza and the friendliest of staff especially the pizzaioli, Mahmoud! He’s such an incredibly skilled chef! Cannot recommend this place enough! Mahmoud was super friendly and playful but in minutes our pizza was done and it was exquisite! Incredible business! Please keep doing what you do! Can’t wait to be back for more! Definitely will be a regular, need to bring all my friends to enjoy this little piece of heaven!
Recently found this restaurant close to Chelsea and Westminster hospital, convenient place to eat while wait for tests or visiting patients. The food really is exceptional. I've eaten at a lot of Italian Restaurants and often disappointed, lacked the taste of Italy. Not the case here, firs time I've had a simple tomato pasta that tastes exactly as it did when I was in Venice recently. I've now been here 3 times with my daughter and granddaughter. Love the food, the service is very pleasant, not at all intrusive, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing with plenty of space between tables. I'll definitely be a regular here.
Pizzas were very good and big, but was surprised that waiter could not explain what are some differences in pizzas. Clean and bright place.
Now, I've had many a pizza in my life, and experienced different levels of service when buying them. The only word I can use to describe my experience at this wonderful establishment, is WOW. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, happy and ready to serve me. The atmosphere was pleasant and lively, despite this being in lockdown. I placed my order and was given a waiting time of 5 minutes or so. I had probably been waiting 5.5 minutes when the service manager came over, with my fresh, piping hot pizza, and said they were so sorry for talking longer than expected, and that they had given me a freshly cooked chocolate doughnut as well...by way of compensation. I was staggered, how kind! I thanked them profusely behind my mask, made my way out, and then began to sample this heavenly creation. It was perfection. Stone baked for the perfect time, it was crispy, fresh, full of flavour and incredibly moreish. The crust gave the that slight chew that we all long for in our pizza. I honestly cannot rate it highly enough. Then I moved on to my complimentary doughnut. Crispy, sugary outside, with the perfect dense dough, and covered in warm chocolate. It too sent my senses wild. The overwhelming impressions from this establishment is that they care. They know how to make great food, and they do exactly that. They want to keep their customers happy, and they do exactly that. I'm surprised fast food pizza chains are still around when options like this are available. So Rossopomodoro Chelsea, thank you, and I shall see you again soon.
What a delightful atmosphere! We were welcomed as if we belonged there as soon as we entered the Restaurant. The Manager Michele is such a friendly, polite professional, kind and warm person I ever met in a restaurant in my 50 years in London. I felt like I was back in Italy; the conversation with him and the staff, the atmosphere and the food quality were the best I had ever had, even compared to more expensive and maybe more famous places. I love Italy, Naples, and Pizza, but I love how Italians make you feel, always welcomed.
Thank you, Michele, and Thank you to all of you at Chelsea Rosso Pomodoro; my birthday was celebrated in the best way I could imagine!!!!

Efficient and friendly services. Great atmosphere here, lovely and colourful decorations in the store. Topping on the pizza were fresh. However we have higher expectations of the taste of pizza and pasta....
The authentic Neapolitan Pizza ever in London made from the World Champion Pizzaiolo Marco, I'm glad to eat your pizza. Very delicious 😋
Really good pasta and pizza, above expectations for a chain restaurant. The service is very attentive and welcoming, and it's a great place for a quiet lunch or dinner with friends.
The place had a wonderful atmosphere and helpful staff.
Beautiful tasting pasta with flavours that I have never tasted before. My only criticism is the pasta was a little bit over salted but still enjoyable. They would have benefited from better balancing the salt of the pasta with the added salt of the anchovies.
Additionally really reccomend getting their drinks as their cocktails are mixed well and are truly a pleasure on the palet.
A perfect Italian experience. The pizza was a dream, and the parmigiana to die for...but nothing better than the floor manager, Alessandro, genuinely the best 👌
Another place in London that I adore is this one in Chelsea. The pizza here is delicious and it is like the real Neapolitan one: thin with higher edges. To conclude the dinner, we ordered a peanut butter and pistachio ice cream. All very good 😁
