I just enjoyed a delicious lunch here, and the waiters were the kindest and most efficient I've ever met. Highly recommended, a great, great restaurant.
Was meant to try this restaurant for a long time. Last Saturday finally visited for a lunch with my boyfriend. As a started they offered flat bread with yogurt sauce which was quite disappointing after having tried in greece this summer. Is suberb there and we were almost addicted to it. This one was not so tasty but well, is am offer so no complaints. For main dish we ordered the house special for two which is a combination of different dishes presenting a considerable variety of meats served with rice and a big portion of salad. Really enjoyed the meal and the intense flavour of the meat. Well done! For dessert we had strawberry and passion fruit ice cream which were just ok. The other desserts look too artificial. Could improve this part of the menu. Good service overall
Istanbul finchley is very large venue, I was there for the weekend. There was belly dancer. I had Istanbul mix kebab it was delicious. Service was out standing very friendly. Will definitely go back. And recommend this lovely restaurant.
Large spacious restaurant in north finchley with outdoor seating. Well prepared food and good service at an affordable price. I had a vegetarian dish which was well presented and delicious. Fast service.
Enjoyed a fantastic dinner here with friends - Absolutely delicious Turkish food (we shared a Chef's Special Mixed Kebab which included chicken shish and lamb köfte and other dishes) and it all came with complimentary meze starters and super tasty Turkish bread. (The free starters were part of their Tasty Tuesday Special)
Overall - Really nice décor, friendly service, tasty fresh food and superb value. We'll definitely be coming back again very soon.

First time at this particular branch and I was exceptionally impressed.High standards with service and level of cleanliness.The place looks spot on clean ,elegant decor ,great members of staff as it should be .The food it is fresh and tasty ,good size portions and of course prices a little high but it’s for the quality ! Thank you Istambul restaurant for this lovely food experience. I highly recommend the chargrilled prawn (delicious).

This is a very nice restaurant. We had the chefs special for two which was delicious. There was plenty of meat, two types of rice and a bowl of salad. The only downside is that it's a bit cold, and is not helped by people going in and out of the back door. Cocktails are lovely and my boyfriend enjoyed his Effes.
They got the order wrong. Asked for a lamb donar wrap with chilli and garlic sauce. Salad with no cucumber and red cabbage.... I got a lamb donar with all salad, and in a burger bun?!
But in all honesty, the food itself was actually amazing! Like even the sides were on point! Respect to the shop but next time please Respect the actual order 👍
Went as a group of 12 last night to celebrate our friend's 60th bday. From the start, the staff were amazingly accommodating, making extra space for us at a very grand table. The waiter was always jovial, and service was spot on. We had a range of specific requirements food wise which were all met. And then the food arrived....and wow! I usually go to the Turkish restaurants in Green Lanes. No more! This is definitely the place to come for THE tastiest chicken shish and kofte...full of flavour and tender. My wife had the fish bowl which was excellent. Again full of flavour and perfectly cooked. Looking fwd to the next time already!
Amazing food, service and staff. We’ve just moved to the area and came here as our first meal out. It did not disappoint. We were served by Hulya and had a fantastic experience- would definitely recommend the lamb beyti kebab!! (And we will be back)

Excellent food and service. Good choice of food including plenty of vegetarian options. Staff are really hospitable. Good choice of soft drinks including teas and coffees, as well as a choice of alcoholic drinks. Warm and family friendly atmosphere. Will definitely eat here again.
Have been wanting to try the food here for a while now as this place is always busy. The food and service did NOT disappoint. We ordered a few Chef Specials which for £29 is well worth it. The platter is very generous that we still had left overs to take home. The staff are friendly and very efficient. Each table has a device that allows you to call for "service" or the bill which made it easy when we had decided on our order. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy. I can definitely recommend this to anyone considering to sit down with family or friends. You won't regret it. Thanks for a fantastic first impression, we'll definitely be back.

Delicious food, friendly staff and excellent atmosphere. I am seeing so many turkish restaurants everywhere but mostly you get pretty much the same thing but generally food especially meat here is, l would say, a couple steps forward. And the prices are quite fair. 👌

We’ve been a big fan since we started living here in 2020. I usually order from Uber, but the eat-in is also a great space with a lovely atmosphere. They are kid friendly as well. If it’s Wednesday, you will get the kids menu for free. Thanks for the great service today, Hulya!

We ordered lamb shank. The piece of meat was so big and super tender, it came with rice and some veggies. Very tasty and highly recomended
