We had just an hour to sit and eat so we chose this Indian restaurant and we were not disappointed! The service was welcoming and quick all while being attentive to our every need! We were able to have a conversation with some of the staff while we were waiting and when we were given our food we wer
What a night! All the staff were brilliant, the food was exceptional and it's very very well priced. The meat platter starter cooked to perfect, vindaloo and phaal were perfect. 10/10 all day.
Staff are very helpful and nice. Lamb chops, kabab and Tandoori chicken were so tasty. He chickpea starter Chana Chat was flavourful and I could just eat that with rice. We had vegetable curries with rice, garlic naan and chapati for the mains. Vindaloo, Jarfrazi and Rogan Josh. Vindaloo was real
One of the most beautiful curries in London and Brick Lane. Great service from all the staff. We had a nice table inside with plenty of fresh air coming in. Highly recommended
Great place for some good Indian food in London. The chicken tikka masala is different from the North American version in that it's sweeter and less creamy, but still delicious. The balti lamb was great too. The only disappointment was that they don't have any coffee, tea, or dessert for after the m
We had a lovely time, staff was so friendly and I strongly recommend the Mango and Chicken curry, it was delicious!
The food was really good but even better was the service! Absolutely loved everyone there, they have such great energy and were very attentive. The small things like warm wipes being open for you make such a difference and the constant banter to make us laugh. Our waiter Jassim was fantastic I can’t
Delicious Indian food! Loved the chicken tikka masala with coconut rice!
Best Indian restaurant I’ve ever been too. Service was amazing, food was amazing! Will be returning every week from now on! I’ve been to many other curry houses but this is the best by far, flavour was phenomenal!
Right in the heart of Brick Lane, this has a great variety of dishes, some that I've only seen "up North". Good to be able to have the windows open and listen to the street rushing by. And the serve the usual favourites when it comes to beer.
Bengal Village is an absolutely incredible restaurant. I thought I knew what good indian food was, but I was wrong. I ordered the tawa lamb, which had a wonderful smoky flavor and char while being incredibly tender. The sauce with the lamb combined with the rice was an amazing combo. I also ordered

This is some of the best curry I have ever had in my 35 years of life, and I have had a lot of curry! The service is exceptional! Servers are patient and don’t try to push anything on you that you don’t want. The place is very clean with soft music playing at a level that isn’t overpowering. The nex
Amazing food, service was stellar and the team were so friendly and accommodating. Food arrived fresh hot and full of flavour. Restaurant was clean and although tables were close it was a lovely atmosphere. Was so glad we checked the reviews to find the Best on Brick Lane.
