Casual but elegant ambiance. Light menu but with truly tasteful dishes. We ordered few items and were pleased with all of them. Definitely a solid place for lunch. Pleasant and good service.
The service is wonderful and perfect. The afternoon tea is tasty and delicate with a comparably decent price. Really recommend the gold leaf black tea too. We had a very nice time here. Will wanna come back again next time I visit London.
As a hardcore fan of the Burberry brand, the cafe does not disappoint.
What a fabulous was to do ones shopping and get a bite to eat. They even bring your purchases to you to pay for all in one go,so you do not have to move from the table which you're dining.

Service was super friendly and attentive. We had chicken salad, burrata salad, mini sausages and truffle crisps for lunch, all very good and in generous portions. Will visit again to try out their coffee and cakes!

On weekend is so busy, but worth it to go :)
The pistachio cake with latte was super good.
Also they have some brunch, afternoon tea and drinks!

Super classy, not touristy (surprisingly!), impeccable service, beautiful interior, delicious afternoon tea. A great venue for slightly special occasions.
(Afternoon tea is £32 and one serving is more than enough for 2 to share.)
Secret Smokehouse Salmon with scrambled eggs - Scottish salmon was cured with ancient technique dated back to 1800.
Scones with clotted cream and Rosebud jam & Cranberry pistachio cake - both are excellent.

Great atmosphere and service. Prices for drinks are very reasonable too. There is nothing worse than paying the same price for anywhere half as decent and packed with people!

Best Burberry store in London! Lovely and warmhearted staff! Complimentary refreshments are served in store, including tea, juice and champagne. Although sometimes the stock can be a problem but overall this is the only place in the UK where you can get limited stuff.
Nice setting, good and tastefull items on the menu. Takes a bit time in the kitchen for these items to serve. Price is in line what you get.
