Grumbles - London - Photo album

A wonderful, traditional restaurant with the friendliest staff and a simple but perfectly-pitched menu. The food is cooked beautifully and the wine is delicious. No gimmicks, just a fantastic atmosphere in a legendary Pimlico venue, loved for many years. I highly recommend.
Had a quick lunch on this lovely restaurant and we are delighted that we dropped by. Lamb is cooked to perfection, their calves liver is also great, starter of avocado with prawn mayo is definitely a must try. Love to visit this place again
Just a home cooked, neighbourly feel about this lovely little bistro. Simple, cosy comfort food. Use to come here in the 80’s and it hasn’t changed so rather a nostalgia review from me! Love this place for it’s no frills honesty, wobbly tables, chipped purple paint, its ‘make-do-ness’ has a charm.
Dinner was fabulous! Best cheeseburger, Fish pie and chicken were delicious! Fun fact… Sylvia and Patsy were the first two waitresses.
Very tasty food in a cozy bistro atmosphere. I had the daily special with grilled fish and vegetables. It was delicious. I love restaurants like this and would come back any time.
Very special restaurant. Cosy atmosphere, friendly staff & delicious food. Sort of place I’d recommend for someone visiting London. Enjoyed the tiger prawn starter and steak for main.
So glad I found this place, it's great. Staff is very nice and so helpful. You can see they know their menu well and can advise you on what wine goes best with it. I got the mussels and they were so tasty. I definitely want to come back again!
We visited Grumbles are 4th night in London and it was the best meal we had. The food is home cooked, made to order. Every selection was not ordinary and sounded delicious. We all loved every thing we ordered. The service was a 10 and the 🍨 desserts were fabulous, from the Eton Mess to the Sticky Da
A small coosy place full of guest and friendly service. Classic Fish'n Chips, a bit boring beer selection Fair pricing - £35 for Fish'n Chips, a beer and a glas of armagnac
Totally adorable French bistro with a simple menu and in a lovely setup. Seems very popular with locals. The escargot were good, but weren't in shells which ruins the fun, so they lose a star for that.
Stumbled over this when I was getting hungry. It has a very pleasant atmosphere, cosy grouping of the tables of different sizes. The lunch menu was plenty and tasted very good. Maybe I'll skip the dessert next time and try the foie gras instead as starter... Service was quiet and quick. Can you call
Friendly staff nice food. The restaurant needs a bit of spring cleaning though.
Good little French restaurant Friendly and welcoming staff Lots of choices on the menu The pumpkin soup was lovely sadly no bread was offered or suggested i would have bought some Main was the burger with bacon Small Side of peas for £4.25 quite expensive I was looking for a steak but only option av
Loved it. Super food, atmosphere, staff. All good except the toilets which are accessed down via steep stairs. My wife really struggled. Such a shame as otherwise this would be a go to for us.
Staff is super kind. Ordered its fish pie. I think it is very pricy and since my pallate likes rich spices, this is too bland. I added a lot of salt on it.
Food was amazing! Highly recommend. We made reservations, so would recommend that as well.
