Lovely little cafe style family run restaurant in Earks Court, very simple menu, choose what you want at the counter, it's heated up and served...they only warm it so you must tell them if you want it piping hot... starters were all excellent just like home made! Roti and butter nan available but a bit on the small side... portions were good but they do overfill a little bowl which makes a mess and does not look pretty but hey it makes you think it's a bigger portion I guess...overall a lovely place to visit for a quick reasonably priced curry or samosas with tea or Lassi!! PS Lamb Vindaloo is 🔥 🥵

I was there as a tourist. One of the places I have eat better in all the trip. Good food at a good price in a very expensive city. The woman who attend us very nice.

First time here. Tucked away on a side street. Lovely, freshly cooked on the day street food. £12.50
Clean, nicely spaced out dining area. I think they stop dining at 8.30pm. rest is takeaway.
I ate what you see. Lovely.
Great prices.

Masala restaurant in Earl's Court is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting ambiance. The menu is a culinary delight, offering a wide variety of flavourful dishes that cater to all tastes.
The food at Masala is simply outstanding. Each dish is prepared with precision and care, bursting with authentic flavours that transport your taste buds straight to Pakistan & India. The butter chicken is a must-try, and their biryani is a true masterpiece. The chefs here clearly take pride in their craft, and it shows in every bite.
The service is impeccable, with attentive staff who are eager to make your dining experience exceptional. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you'll feel like a valued guest.
Masala's attention to detail extends to the decor and ambiance. It's a perfect place for a romantic dinner, a family celebration, or a casual meal with friends. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a delightful place to spend your evening or even lunch!
In summary, Masala restaurant in Earl's Court is a shining star in London's culinary scene. If you're looking for an authentic and memorable Indian & Pakistani dining experience, look no further. I can't recommend Masala enough – it's a true culinary gem!

Very pleasantly surprised to say the least.
Such flavoursome, authentic home style Pakistani food in a touristy area is a rarity.
They have a wide selection of dishes to choose from and to top it off, running this cosy little place are the warmest hosts you will meet.

Noticed a lot of bad reviews centering around food is precooked. To justify this, in some places south India and in Malaysia where I am from, casual Indian street dining is presented in a “canteen style”, very straight forward and simple. So if you’re coming to the restaurant with different expectation, you’ll have to reset these expectations.
The restaurant offers a very simple dining experience.
Simple economical food, quick bite and go.
The staff was very helpful and polite!
And because the way food is presented; can be a little tricky to identify the food if you’re not familiar with the food. So you’ll have to ask the staff what are the dishes and fortunate enough they are very patient on this! I even saw they give tasters for the customer before ordering, Paratha/Naan other bread could be pre-made too; so I recommend asking before ordering bread options, else just stuck to the white rice while eating with the dishes.

In the week we spend in Earls Court we went here for take-away twice. The food was really good, especially enjoyed the Bhuna Gosht myself, but other dishes we ordered were all really tasty as well. The host and younger help were very nice and helpful. Went for Indian food on Brick Lane as well this week (of course award winning restaurant) and this food is definitely as good, but for half the price!

When we were in search of Authentic Indian food, luckily we found this tiny non-fancy restaurant, just in-front of Earl's Court Train Station. 100% HALAL. The quality of the food is excellent. We enjoyed the fool and felt like home. Worth and reasonable price. Sure will visit next time.

Cute little restaurant with amazing authentic Indian cuisine. We had excellent service and the food was amazing.

For me, this is one of the best Indian restaurant in London. The price at there is reasonable. The restaurant is very small but really cosy. During dinner time, the restaurant often fully occupied (no advanced booking). And take away is also avaliable here with really quick service and cheap. We tried all the chicken dishes and it taste really good especially their curry chicken (each portion of chicken is suitable for 1 person which cost £6.5) and their vegetable curry with aubergine must try!! And also, we tried all the naan there. The garlic naan is the best among the other. However, all the dish wad heated in microwave which make the steam rice a bit dry.

Really delicious authentic indian food and very nice service. Loved it!

Excellent tasty Indian cuisine. We ate 3 meals there during our trip to London. We had the curry, vindaloo, tiki masala and fresh naan hot out of the oven!!

Very attentive service, and the dishes I had were tasty and well presented. I had the Thali selection with lamb rogan josh and the crispy Chicken 65 which was really nice with the Peacock cider. Defs a place for a group of people to sample different dishes, and quite busy. Booking is probably a good idea.

The place is good, staff is courteous and polite. Food is good, my favorite dish was Chicken Biryani-the taste of spices and masala was amazing. The place has a cosy welcoming ambience.

This place was my daily dinner destination during my stay in London. Of all the Indian outlets in the area this place serves the best food. Owner is very friendly and treats customers very nicely.

Staying in an apartment nearby Masala on the Hogarth road From Jan 19th till the 26th. Great place for food with friendly service + Halal too. Great taste and delicious food. My kids love the biryani and my wife the masala tea. I love its Mixed Tea and wishes they do "mixed-tea tarik (pull)" otherwise called "teh-tarik" in Malaysia . Will stay near by this restaurant next trip to London.
Foodies Food
Tasteless good.. we ordered chana masala with butter naan.. chana masala did not had the taste we were looking for or the one which this kind of recipe should have. Only salt was the taste like no masala or tadka even in that.. I will not recommend it to anyone whose looking for a better and pure Indian taste..
Really disappointing
Samantha
Firstly, all the reviews are for the wrong restaurant! You have all mixed it up with Masala Zone on Earls Court Road.
Masala on Hogarth Road, is a small family run business, that has very good service. In addition the food is delicious.
Must try and please do not write wrong reviews like above (please remove)

Great food, lovely restraunt. Not your typical Indian, the menu is very set in place and alterations are not allowed. Service was terrible and really let down the experience.

Excellent food and a great welcoming, family atmosphere. It felt like being in someone's home. That someone really knows how to cook too. Took my family and all four of us had something different from starters to mains, so I can pretty much recommend anything from the menu. Going back soon. Great value too.
