A no-nonsense friendly family run neighbourhood Italian. Great pizza with freshly made dough daily. The scallop risotto was full of flavours. The seafood used was very fresh and succulent, cooked perfectly. Sizeable portions, hence could not try their desserts. However, I was given their homemade meloncello, which was sweet and creamy. An excellent substitute for dessert. If you crave for some very decent homey Italian food in the area, this is a good place to go.

Have come a few times, all our experiences were fabulous, waiters were polite, quick and co-ordinated, the food was ridiculously great, I ordered the Arancini and Tagliatelle Porcini, both were a 10/10. The ambience was cozy and warm with a bit of a rustic feeling. Will come again 😁.

We live just over the road and get take away pizza quite regularly. It’s always great, the staff are really lovely too.
We always get the Verdura and Aleksandra pizzas and often head to Waterlow park to eat them.

Hidden gem close to Waterlow Park in Highgate, had a delightful lunch with my fiancée we were both impressed with the friendly staff and the delicious food on offer. Thoroughly recommend, we will definitely return again in the future.

Really friendly service. Real family atmosphere, it looks like people like working there. Nice food, tastes good. Normal portions.
We had Pollo alla Milanese and Risotto di Mare along with a glass of house wine, and desserts. My "Bellissima" got a refill for her small glass of wine too 🤔.

Delicious and proper Italian food. Best Italian restaurant in the Archway area. They have really cool metre long pizzas for groups. Staff always nice and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more.

Fabrizio is a family-run Italian restaurant on Highgate Hill, which opened in 2008. Set in a parade of shops, the dining room is long and narrow, with a few pictures on the wall, wooden floors and no tablecloths. Pizzas are sold by the metre, but there are also a range of Italian dishes on the menu, and a few specials of the day on a blackboard. The chef is from Naples, and moved directly here from cooking in the south of Italy.

I know Highgate! Is that the end of the world? At least light years from Wimbledon. I couldn't say no, as it was my very good friend Carla's birthday celebration, and let's face it she was coming from Bristol. So as in the Nike motto just do it! The place Fabrizio, a small nice Italian restaurant, run by Fabrizio who learnt the secrets of the business working in his dad restaurant in Rome. Italian staff, a great smell of tomato, basil and mozzarella as soon as you get into the place, and a decor that includes tricolore flags and a mural of the Colosseum

The short wine list was all Italian and mostly omitted the vintages, the list starting at £12.75. Examples include Ai Galli Pinot Grigio at £22.50 for a wine that retails at around £7, with Burlotto Barolo 2008 at £50 for a wine that you can find for around £36 in a shop.

Mixed starters comprised deep-fried courgettes, arancini and bruschetta. The tomatoes in the bruschetta had more flavour than many, the rice balls were fine, and the courgettes were lightly cooked (12/20). A four-seasons pizza had a good bread base and pleasant toppings (12/20). Fresh pasta made from scratch had nice texture, served with a classic ragu of wild boar and mushrooms. The sauce could have had greater intensity of flavour, the meat being a little too firm in texture, but this was a hearty and pleasant dish (12/20). Tiramisu was very short on coffee flavour, although its texture was acceptable (11/20).

The bill came to £47 a head, but that was with one of the better wines on the list. With a modest bottle of wine, a more typical bill would be under £40 a head. The staff were very welcoming, the manager garrulous and rather charming. This is nothing more than a good neighbourhood restaurant, but one that I would be happy to return to if I lived nearby.
