L'amorosa - London - Photo album

We had no expectations & in fact we initially thought the restaurant was closed for the evening. So glad it was not as our night was just special. It’s a relatively small restaurant but it is very personal and intimate. Andy the chef & his wife Lynne, who works the floor, are the owners & they can b
We are regular customers at L’amorosa- the food is understated but exquisite with a great team working there. We love it so much we asked Andy and Lynn to cater our wedding. They were endlessly helpful and creative about the menu planning and were genuinely enthused by the project. The food on the d
Excellent pannacotta with passion fruit and mango sorbet (£10). I would have it again in a heartbeat. My main course of percheri with king prawns (£24) didn’t come in at the same time as others so they offered me a free dish! The service was great. A local gem.
Andy and Lynn recently hosted a birthday lunch for us. We had the most delicious food and they were really accommodating of our requests. Their relaxed and friendly approach and service made it a really special day for us. Our friends were blown away by the food and were full of compliments. Highly
Very nice location, with a friendly and professional staff. The food is delicious, and it reflects the real italian flavours. The level of the dishes is standard (not a Michelin restaurant) but perfectly executed indeed. The price is good, as we are in London, were 60£ each for a complete nice dinne
Beautiful Italian!! Fabulous food. Great ambience and welcoming and attentive staff. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for a lovely evening.
An absolutely fabulous dinner at L'Amorosa on their opening night with my husband. The service was friendly, attentive and quick, and the food is freshly cooked and absolutely delicious! My husband is a fussy eater so for him to clean the plate is a sign that the food is top notch. The menu is reaso
We have been going to L'Amarosa since it opened and purchased their takeaway menu too. The quality of the food, atmosphere and service is always consistently 5*.
We went for the valentine's menu and it was really delicious! They had options on the menu for everyone . I had the meat and my husband the fish. There was also vegetarian. I loved that we they made the place look very romantic 😉 and felt very especial. Highly recommended.
Very excellent. Surprisingly very good for a high street restaurant even in upmarket Hammersmith. Fantastic main course and the best presented pudding I have eaten! Efficient, attentive and friendly service. 10/10. A bit expensive but definitely worth it.
We had a wonderful dinner at L'Amorosa. The place is cosy, the waitresses are very kind and polite and the atmosphere was relaxing and lovely. Food wise, the main pasta dish (ox cheek raviolis with a Chianti based sauce) was so good we ordered it twice, however the real letdown was the tiramisu, whi
A restaurant that we always enjoy coming back. Good prices and top quality.
It was good, the food was of decent quality (not just some random pizzeria food), the staff was nice and the atmosphere was okay (but could definitely have used a bit more work). The restaurant is quite small on the outside but it's not really tight or uncomfortable inside. There is a large bar on t
So thrilled to learn of the re-opening of this lovely restaurant. Also, highly recommend ordering dishes to enjoy at home. Instead of cooking for all my friends I served them burrata with caponata and agnolotti and enjoyed delicious. And L’Amorosa are such lovely people too.
Such a lovely experience. It really feels like attending a dinner party with characterful and talented hosts; a very warm welcome and incredibly tasty food paired with good wine. The restaurant is elegantly designed on a split level to feel fancy but cosy and homely at the same time. After our first
We went for our anniversary lunch and every dish they brought out from the salads to the burrata to the pasta to the cod were exquisite. Really superb. This is a special occasion place as you'll want to take your time and savour every bite. The pasta was the highlight for me. Perfectly cooked to the
We went to this restaurant by chance yesterday and that was one of our nicest culinary experience in the UK in a long, long time. What a great surprise! Go there, and enjoy. Special mention to the desserts. All well worth a Michelin star at a reasonable price. We will be back!
