The Red Lion, Parliament Street - London - Photo album

Fabulous service and good food. Hubby had fish and chips and the fish took up his whole plate. I had smoked salmon, much like lox. Very good. The stairs are very narrow, so beware of imbibing too much!
Pies baby! Damn good pies! Yes I’m reviewing this as an American who went to this delightful restaurant on his Holliday. Our tour guide pointed it out mentioning how “Red Lion” was a common name and my wife and I decided to try it. He should started with “If you want some delicious meat pies that g
Didn’t have reservations but they gave us a table as long as we could be done by about 8pm due to the tables being reserved at that time. The four of us ate our meals which were very good, had a drink and desert and we finished just before 8pm as we got there around 6:30pm. The service was great and
An old bar with lots of history and you can feel it with the pictures in the atmosphere around you. The pie was small but quite enough for a small snack for two and the drink Was delightful and not expensive compared to the pubs in the area.
Pork pie with mustard was good. The courgette and mozzarella salad was good. My husband loved his fish and chips. The scones with strawberry jam was delish!!! Great atmosphere happy to experience it.

Very crowded. Nobody told us we were supposed to go to the bar to order. Food came out fast. It was the best food I've had in London. I had a mini beef pie. Perfect size for lunch

Charlene is so welcoming and warm. She is the reason we were able to experience the charm of this pub. Not only was she gracious to us, though we observed her kindness to all potential guests as she greeted them just outside of the door. We visited at a busy time, lunch time, on a Tuesday after a h
We had dinner at this busy pub near the UK parliament and Big Ben. Loved the fish and chips and the dessert with custardy ice cream. Reasonable prices (for London) and friendly service at the table.
