What a wonderful establishment with a quirky split building. A cosy place but not cramped. Service is excellent, very friendly staff and wonderful hospitality from the landlady Lou who does Hall & Woodhouse proud.

Great spot, love the wooden set up. Lots of ship paintings on the walls that give a great vibe. Their beers are awesome, one of the few places where you can get draft beers from the Badger Brewery.

So, when in Rome, do as the Romans do, and when in London, go have some Fish & Chips. I did so with friends at the Ship and Shovell Pub, and I was delighted by their service, their hospitality and their food. I really enjoyed my English luncheon, the place is tidy and well kept and if you are nearby, drop in, have a cold one and enjoy their food!

Absolutely amazing customer service from a fantastic bar team. Didn't eat on this occasion, but the drinks selection was lovely. We managed to get a table, fortunately, when the nearest pub was overflowing. It was cheaper and quicker to order with much more capable and friendly staff and a much better atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Very quaint pub with a variety of beers and good food. I had the veggie sausage mash and it was tasty. Recommend this place if you’re in the Trafalgar Square. Staff was friendly and nice ambiance inside

Nice wee pub by Charring Cross Stations. Unfortunately, last time I was there no food was served other than pub snacks. The atmosphere was very homely and warm and it's a great place to just go for a drink and catch up with some mates.
