Had a decent meal here. Some had the calzones whilst I had a simple pizza. No great shakes but simply cooked and presented. Waiters were attentive.
The decor is casual and lively. Even thought it looks small it's actually quite a large restaurant, basement is also big and gas a bar.
The bruchetta and Quinoa Salad were very good. The pizza margheritta with chillies was not bad. The pizza with pesto and pine nuts was excellent.
Tirramisu was not too sweet - had the right balance in taste.
Service staff were very attentive and friendly.
Priced well and would surely visit again.

Delfino is a typical italian restaurant. It is quite casual compared to other Mayfair restaurants. The staff speaks Italian adding to its authenticity and they are extremely friendly. The food is really good I would recommend the pizza with goat cheese, it has a thin crispy crust and the goat cheese is soft and tasty. They have a large selection of pasta dishes I tried the penne arrabiata, it was a bit spicy and full of flavor, very delicious!
Having made my booking for dinner at Delfinos, I was expecting a very formal and dull atmosphere. To my surprise, Delfino was an extremely chilled restaurant with lots of noise and a great atmosphere. There was no formality whatsoever. The waiters were very friendly, the table and cutlery was very simple, nothing extravagant. The menu card however was a bit overwhelming, with over 100 items to order from. Unable to decide, I asked the waiter what his personal favorite was and decided to have a simple, yet tasty tomato sauce pasta for my main course. Moving onto dessert, the must-try dish at Delfino is the unbelievable Tiramisu.
For anyone looking for a shockingly inexpensive meal compared to the other Mayfair restaurants while still eating genuinely authentic Italian cusine, Delfino is your place.
Everyone in Mayfair I am sure knows Delfino. A great Italian and pizzas are excellent. Always busy and I think it's reasonably priced. Definitely worth the visit. Don't worry about the decor remember you have come for the food. It has been a while since I have visited last and really would and should go again soon.

This restaurant has probably one of the best location of London, on mount street in front of the beautiful connaught hotel.
The pizza are good, the pasta aswell. The price are expansive, but taking count of the location, i think thats "normal"
The terrace is very agreable for the lunch, you'll see a lot of nice cars and beautiful girls.
PS : dont take the bruschetta for starters !

The ingredients are very high quality ones. in particular I recommend pizza with parmesan and prosciutto, with cherry tomatoes. Perfect for who wants to taste some proper italian flavor.

Definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever had in London. This discrete place is an underrated hidden gem, right in the heart of Mayfair.
The posters downstairs are also a nice touch!
It took only one visit for this place to become my new favorite casual Italian go-to in London. Generous portions, fast service despite a large crowd, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Authentic Margarita pizza, Cacio e Pepe, and the best Calamari i’ve ever had. Will definitely come again and again if i’m ever in Mayfair.
Very cozy place. I’ve tried the truffle pasta which was delicious, the pizza was very good as well. The waiter was helpful and welcoming.

Cozy place, not too crowded. Delicious food! Amazing staff members!!! From entering the restaurant was welcomed, seated at the best place. Loved the attention of the staff 🥰 My friends were running late, so I had no problem getting some starters. Ordered an espresso martini and fried calamari. Highly recommend this place for its coziness and delicious food! Definitely coming back. Thank you!!
We got the truffle pasta, ragu pasta and the rustica pizza. Everything was amazing but the truffle pasta will have me daydreaming of delfinos forever - we didn’t have a reservation but managed to get a walk in table. The staff are super friendly and accommodating also :)
It deserves the best Italian cuisine, no reservation need, first come first serve. Its is Advised to come before 4 pm to prevent long standing on queue. Excellent service and attitude thanks to Mr Pepe.

What a gem in the heart of Mayfair just a few short steps from the Biltmore Mayfair and a place my wife found one afternoon during lunch. It was so good that she convinced me to pay it a visit for dinner andI am glad I did. We started with the Arancini al Riso was flavorful and a good start before the Gnocchi con Salsiccia e Funghi and Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe. All dishes were flavorful authentic Italian made with love. We had to finish our meal with Tiramisu and it didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend you visit this unpretentious Italian restaurant in the heart of Mayfair rather than popular Italian restaurants like Circolo Popolare which just don’t deliver Italian food with heart.
