Went to try out the branch at Harvey Nichols. The food is good here but not great. I think this place is greatly over rated for what it actually is. food came a bit cold as well, so service is not great. Overall mediocre to say the most

I went to this place because it was suggested by one of my work colleagues. I had their B&L combo and I have to say I loved it. The lobster was steamed to perfection and the sauce that came with it was the perfect accompaniment. They would grill or steam the lobster according to your preference. The burger was also good but the lobster stole the show. The dish came with a side of salad and fries. I also had their cool breeze to drink which was also delicious.
You got Burger & Lobster...no further questions asked. Really like the way it came out, as getting in a restro and graze the menu is tiresome. Instead spend that time with your friends. Food was great specially the Lobster robe. Suggest all to visit once.
I've never tasted the amazing lobsters they offer anywhere , delicious grilled lobster that i 've tried , place is crowded and you have to wait for sometime but over all ... It's an awesome place to try lobsters if u like for sure , service is excellent .. Staff are decent ..quality of food 10/10
Like the name says just two options on the menu. I had the burger and the wide had the lobster. Large portions in line with what you pay. Burgers are juicy and he lobster was a hit. You will leave in a food coma. Be sure to book.

I had a monster 2kg jumbo lobster, which costed me £88 to share between 4 people with unlimited side orders. The lobster was cut in half and served two ways, grilled and steamed.
Good and satisfying lobster roll with french fries and a small salad, even better than ones I've got in Boston, and service is good. And they have Samuel Adams!first time i've happened to find it in London. But pricey, 20+service is a bit much for a roll sandwich.
Limited choice in this restaurant but that's the point. It's all in the name. Burgers are great and well cooked as is the lobster. Both come with simply but well prepared accompaniments. A good choice of drinks to be had. Great for a lunch time stop off.
Nice surroundings and staff. Booking is advisable as it can get quite busy.
The biggest bug bear about Burger & Lobster is inevitably the queueing system so imagine my delight when not only do they accept bookings at the St Pauls branch (Albeit for the fact that you could book either for 6:30 or 8pm) but when we arrived at 7pm, there was plenty of seats available and no need to queue in the packed bar!
It’s an easy enough premise to follow at B&L and one you all know quite well – so it’s 6 lobsters for the group with a supplement of wines, cocktails and beer to go with the meal.
Silence falls on the table as we break into our lobsters, helpfully there are those fork-style picks to eke out every last bit of succulent lobster meat to dunk into the garlic lemony herby sauce, which there really should be more of as I also dunk my fries into this! Fries are the skinny variety which are moreish and even the salad is tasty!
Dessert is either a mango coulis cheesecake or a rather decadent sounding chocolate snickers mousse so clearly we order a few to share between us, which again is very good and satisfying.
This isn’t a gourmet place, just good quality food and a comfortable set up for not outrageous prices (Well not outrageous for Central London anyway!)
The lobster was pretty damn good: tender sweet lumps of crustacean goodness anointed in a bath of garlic butter. Only picking from the shell slowed us down. The fries were good, although saltless and the salad was perfect accompaniment. Well worth £20.
The best thing about this dinner was our server. He was really funny and attentive.
The food wasn’t the best for me but I would definitely recommend the seafood platter(starter) if you’re a seafood lover.
The though drinks were excellent!
I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, the food was excellent! From the appetizers to the main course, every dish was bursting with flavor. The service was equally impressive – attentive, friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend this place for a delightful dining experience.
What an experience! Our waiter Gaetano made the whole experience amazing and the food was simply sublime and great value for money. Can’t wait to return, worth the hours journey
Great place to have a delicious food. We really enjoyed our wedding anniversary celebration at this place. Everything was fabulous from service to food. Very charming and cozy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to visit! ❤️ Thank you all Burger&Lobster team for an amazing experience.
This is my absolute favourite restaurant and we usually visit the different branches in London. The food is always fantastic and very good quality! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. We had Tony and he was super lovely. We had children with us and it was very child friendly. We eat at Burger and Lobster regularly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
We came in on a late Saturday. The server is super friendly and professional. We had the seafood pasta and it was absolutely delicious. The lobster on top is done beautifully, tasty and tender and juicy. The pasta tastes fresh and very flavorful with seafood. I had the cocktail Japanese Plum which is also very tasty. We had a great time and will definitely recommend.
It is one of the several Burger & Lobster restaurants in this city. This one is located near the St Paul Cathedral. It offers a very delicious combo of beef or chicken burgers and baked lobsters. Serving portion is big. Dining area is comfortable. Service is friendly and fast. We enjoyed our dinner here. Recommendable.
Nice food, great service and friendly atmosphere! Had a great time there! Thanks Christian!
Christian took such good care of me. The week before he was there with the rest of the staff to sing happy birthday to me. I love Burger and Lobster it's my weekly escape.
Gaetano was mine and my partners waiter for our anniversary. Having worked in hospitality my whole life I could not of asked for anybody better. Nothing was too much and more importantly we never felt like a chore, every interaction was pleasant. A very fun and knowledgeable man. He'll be running the place soon! See you next year Gaetano.
