Visited Randa after a relaxed afternoon in Holland Park. The restaurant is fancy and prpfessional, staff are very courageous and available. The food itself was super enjoyable, although I was still very full at the time. Shared some Lebanese pastries and halloumi with the wifey, and tried bits and pieces from what my other two friends ordered and the quality is undeniable. I felt that the price was a bit too much though. But if Maroush is good enough to cater for the queen's birthday party... they are definitely onto something!
We were a group of friends, we had the Randa Special set menu. Maybe our choice was not the wisest as some of the starters/dishes were good and others just average. The service was ok despite the waitress at first told us the menu for four could serve the six of us. Anyway maybe the Randa Special set menu is not the best choice and next time we will try a mix of starters and dishes instead.

We came here for lunch during a weekday and it was very empty! However, my friend had heard previous good reviews about the place so we gave it a try. Although it's nothing elaborate (decor wise), the price was very high which I guess was expected for a Knightsbridge restaurant.
The waiters were very kind and offered us complimentary salad as there were no other customers. The food was also exquisite and true to it's Lebanese roots. The portion sizes are quite large, so I would suggest sharing one between two as we had a lot left over.
Overall we were very pleased with our experience at Randa and I would definitely come again.
Very good, consistent Lebanese food. It is not cheap - cost us nearly £80 for two so if eating on a budget just stick tons few things. The mixed grill, although nice, is overpriced. But classic meze is delicious.
My favorite Lebanese in London. Good service. Great veggie options. Always a pleasure to pass by, whether eating alone or in company, this place should be on your list.

So I have passed by the restaurant many times, which always looks welcoming and busy. Last night I dined there with a friend. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, the staff were very attentive, and especially a male waiter. The menu was very good and the prices were reasonable and especially considering the location. We shared a bottle of house wine which was very nice. I enjoyed the fact that we were given a large bowl of salad and olives complimentary at the start of our dining experience and a free plate of dessert at the end (amazing). But we over ordered the food as we had no idea there was so much free food on offer! The starters, bread, and salads (including the ones we paid for!) were excellent, but we were both a tad disappointed with our mains (mine the mixed grill and my friend had the king prawns neither were great......mainly bland). I did mention this to the waiter and he immediately replaced the dishes with a generous portion of sliced mixed meats and bread. You could not fault the restaurant's generosity and attempts to make our dining experience the best it could be............I may not have enjoyed the mains, but I would definitely dine here again, as apart from most of the food being delicious, I was also given a huge box of Lebanese desserts to take home! How much free food can one restaurant give you! Remember, you get salad, olives, and a free dessert so don't over order and save your pennies for your next visit ha ha.

A great place to visit for dinner. Unfortunately we were running late and a little rushed but I will definitely be going again when I'm in the area. All of the staff were friendly and made us feel at home. Food was excellent and we didn't have to wait too long for our mains.

We stopped by for an improvised lunch, with kids. The service was helpful, but the sequence of serving the food could be improved (they brought the crudites bowl when we already had almost finished the mezza dips). The food was tasty, I loved the roasted lamb over the rest. The price was fair, would love to repeat for a more exploring dinner.
Amazingly tasty food and the desserts were incredibly tasty! With every order they serve salad, green olives and flat bread on request as much as you like to go alongside your meal.
Staff was incredibly polite and lovely which made our lunching experience in the restaurant really pleasant and memorable. Definitely i recommend it.
Highly recommend this venue, we had a staff lunch for 16, Elie and his team were wonderful. They catered to all the different needs. Food was delicious and plenty. As busy as the restaurant was we did not wait too long. They made us all feel very comfortable and very welcoming. Thank you to all the team.
Truly lovely Lebanese food served with thoughtful, attentive service in a relaxed atmosphere. We found all of our favorites on the menu, plus many delightful surprises (try the vegetarian kibbeh!). The wait staff were lovely to our children, as was the chef. This is owned by the same people who own Maroush, but I much prefer Randa, now that I have been to both.
Me and my family received an amazing greeting as soon as we stepping into the restaurant and the staff instantly made sure that we were ok. Especially the manager named Elie. He came and made us feel great! The food was super delicious, I would definitely visit again with my family.
I visited your restaurant earlier this year with my daughter, we had excellent service and food so when my sister in law arrived with two friends from USA we booked a table for 7 yesterday. I was so disappointed, the food was excellent and plentiful as before but the service left a lot to be desired. We waited over half an hour for our order to be taken and during this time the waiter took someone else's order when they had just come in!! It wasn't even organised chaos , starter's were missing twice we had to ask for water, main courses came before we had finished starter's, then to cap it all, coffee arrived with no sugar or spoons and by the time we got them the coffee was stone cold.Please rectify these problems or customers will not return which will be a great pity.
Visit this place almost every time we're in town. We love the authenticity of the food, the staff and the environment. We never seem to get beyond the small plates because everything is so so good. We love to have a real variety to share. Very reasonable for the quality and the environment.
