Went here to cool our mouths down after eating some very spicy Indian food. Service was fast and friendly and the ice cream was delicious. I liked the cute train theme in the seating benches and can see how this could be a fun stop for kids.

Creamy ice cream at a quaint yet bustling shop that’s totally instagram-worthy! There are some main flavours like vanilla, chocolate and even dairy free options like coconut. Loads of toppings including popcorn and caramel sauce. Wait time may be no more than ten mins even when there’s a long line at the door. It’s a cute stop in Covent Garden.

A fun and unique ice cream experience in Covent Gardens. The wait was quick despite the long queue outside the store. Sadly, most of the popular flavors were out of stock. The ice cream itself was the typical American-style soft serve.

Extremely unique concept. With great ice cream as well as a great selection of toppings. The staff is fast and courteous. I wish they had this concept in the US..

A fantastic concept! A generous swirl of candy floss around a sizable cone, with a range of ice creams and toppings. Pricing matches the experience and location. Optimal size; any smaller and it wouldn't quite cut it. Expect picturesque moments and lively discussions post-visit. This place would be at home in Dubai. Not your go-to for the ultimate ice cream quest, though; seek out the ice cream legends for that. I relished the Millionaire's Swirl with its candy floss cloud. Instagram's ice cream haven, but be prepared for lines. Secure one of the precious few tables if you can. Don't forget the wet wipes; it's a melting masterpiece. Loved how some toppings fused with the candy floss - extra flavour points. However, the concept lacks spirited staff; more enthusiasm and smiles needed. Check out Knot Churros in Knightsbridge for inspiration - perhaps recruit an ex-Disney employee. I'll be back for the Breakfast Rush. Pricey for families (£7.70 for one ice cream and cloud), but if you're after the experience and photos, it's worth it.

A fun and unique ice cream experience. Perfect for a date as you can take a seat at one of the train booth style tables or walk around Covent Garden. The daily special flavour of ice cream keeps things interesting. The queue isn't that long normally. There is a toilet in this facility as well.

my second time coming since pre-covid (at least 4 years ago) and it’s still as good as i remember - it definitely hit the spot and my cravings were satisfied. such a good vanilla ice cream without any need for extra toppings or syrup, 10/10.

I love this place, Everytime I mention I’ve been here and what I’ve had to someone in or out of London they are like… “this is so cool!” The desserts here also do not disappoint, they are as tasty as they look and from what I remember; very well priced too. However, last time I went here there was a MASSIVE queue… so try go early and not on a weekend 😅😅😅
