Very nice experience. First time in about 4 years and surprised how good it was. There were four of us, each having different dishes and everyone universally more than satisfied. I have tried every restaurant in Whetstone, but this is now my very favourite. Exquisite.

Our favourite place to visit in North London. The atmosphere is phenomenal. The dining area always has the feel of a wedding and I couldn't recommend the food higher. The service is fantastic and the staff are always nice.

Another great evening out with excellent food at The Haven. Thank you Julius and all of your team for helping make it a great evening. The food was outstanding as always. The steak ordered of the specials board was outstanding and cooked to perfection. From our party of seven three of our friends were new guests to The Haven and all thought the food was amazing and the cocktails going down a treat. They were discussing how great the atmosphere was is in the place. Great waiting staff who always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and ensuring you have a fantastic dining experience. To be acknowledged by quite a few of your staff for being a returning customer sits very highly with me, other restaurants in the immediate area don't even manage a good evening let alone welcoming you back. Great food, great restaurant and as important as the food itself you have a great team working there that really do make it a great experience.
Without a doubt see you again soon.

I personally like the atmosphere and service. In terms of food quality, we have only tried the Steak sandwich and chicken roast, so it’s a bit early to provide a full comment on the food. I will try more dishes since I was generally happy with my previous orders. So this review and score will be updated. Stay tuned folks!

First night out<br/>I was a little nervous going to a restaurant for the first time in over 3 months. As soon as i walked in the door I was pleased to see that the owner had taken Corvid-19 precautions very seriously. Hand sanitiser, smart perspex screens and waiters smartly dressed with black masks. The restaurant is quit large so the guests were nicely spaced with out loosing the Haven ambiance.<br/>The Menu is reduced but a great selection including steak fish and vegetarian I had smoked salmon started and beautifully cooked Lamb cutlets. Next time i will order calf's liver or maybe a pan asian dish.<br/>recommended.<br/>PS well done staff and chef. #localfood,#safeeating,#lovewhetstone,#havenwhetstone

The food here was lovely, particularly the calamari! I also had the ribs which were very yummy. Very good portion sizes and very fresh food. The staff were all so attentive and we always had full glasses of water or wine. Great for a celebratory or chilled out evening.

My father booked The Haven for a special dinner with friends for his 80th birthday last weekend. Sharon kept us informed of how the evening would go. We had canapés and Prosecco on arrival and the 3 course meal was absolutely delicious. Throughout the evening the service was impeccable. We were lucky to also have live music and everyone commented on what a fabulous evening it had been. Thank you Julius and all the incredible staff that made such a memorable evening.

We dined here on Friday night. We had a lovely meal and the service provided by Beatrice was excellent. She kept our drinks topped up and she worked around us without us even realising. 5* service! I emailed the owner Julius a day ahead as I required an alternative meal and he was very accommmodating and kept his staff informed. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be visiting again. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service and attentive staff. brilliant selection of wine, cocktails and other alcohol drinks.we enjoyed alcohol drinks, desert wine and club sandwich which was really fulfilling and generous portion. Long Island iced tea cocktail and Italian dessert wine Visciolata were delicious. Kat who kindly served us was very knowledgeable about their menu and we very much liked her recommendations. Julius, the owner, is very humble and welcoming. It was our first time and we really enjoyed it. Nice ambience whether you just want to have a drink at the bar or dine. I liked the setting. We would definitely go back.

The #Foodie Group loves coming to the Haven. We are looked after so well by Julius and Martin. The food was as wonderful as ever, with an excellent choice of wines and cocktails. It is such an elegant and fully covid safe environment. Despite a couple of fussy eaters in the group, everyone left happy and well-fed. We recommend the squid, sirloin steak, calves liver and Eton Mess. There is also an excellent vegetarian selection. We also suggest that you arrive hungry as the portions are very generous. We look forward to our next visit here.

I was there yesterday at a lunch party for my uncle and Aunt’s Diamond Wedding Anniversary. The food and the service was really wonderful and a credit to the Haven. The food was beautifully presented and served hot. The room was elegantly decorated for 25 guests seated at a long table. Nothing was too much for the staff, I was so impressed. With everything thank you so much for making it such a special day.

We had a family wedding reception here and came back for the anniversary. It's such a welcoming place, the barmaid even remembered our family and warmly welcomed us in. Pre-dinner cocktails are carefully made and delicious! Very inventive concepts, like cappuccino martini, which was very well received by our party. Dinner was a 3 course set menu, and it's was all delicious! Delicate pieces of meat, flavourful vegetables and a stuffed aubergine that was very moreish. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive and peaceful, in that they didn't come across as erratic or irritating, but well balanced and friendly. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable evening and a great place to celebrate any occasion

Hi there guys,<br/><br/> I had driven past this restaurant several times, and I always thought that it looked quite cosy. So one night I thought I would take the plunge and give it a try. To begin with, parking was very easy, as we managed to secure a parking space right outside the restaurant, a great start to an okay evening.<br/><br/>The food was of a good standard, as I ordered the Fillet steak. Although there was nothing wrong with this meal, the price did not reflect the quality of the meat. We found this to be really quite expensive, especially for a small meal with a few friends.<br/><br/>Even with these positives there was something to say about the service which was relaxed to say the least and the standard of the toilets, which we found to be below par and quite dirty. <br/><br/>Yes the food was good, but the meal was overly expensive, whilst the service and cleanliness of the restaurant did not reflect the price bracket which they targeted.

The food was nice, but fairly overpriced, considering we did not enjoy it that much - average £17 for meat and fish dishes. V.good service though.
