If you are looking for a good Pad Thai then I cannot recommend this anymore!! So damn tasty and full of flavour! Wonderfully moody lighting and set out so you can dine with other people on the same table. It’s almost spa like. A great place for Thai food tastebuds

I had never tried Thai Food before, but it was definitely a good experience! The Pad Thai Classic Noodles are great, with shrimps, peanuts and beansprouts!

The food here was great but the service needed a little more attention.

We felt rushed, and the server was unsure how to use the app for payment but we soon sorted it.

I would say visiting for the the first time on a Friday night may have been the issue!

Superb superb n just superb!! Everything is just perfect!! Green Thai curry n Jasmine rice is what I would recommend. Even the Chinese broccoli on the side is too good. Must must go whenever in London.

Great Thai restaurant. The Pad Thai is very good and the Thai calamaris amazing. The most of the tables are sharing tables, but there are also tables for two or four outside the main room.
There is no desert and the juices are very small.

Busaba Eathai is a really affordable restaurant to go to, it's not as cheap as fast food but if you're looking for good quality food, Busaba ticks the box. I really liked the food they had to offer especially the unique match stick chicken wings, the only issue I had is the fact that it's always busy and the queue to get a table is crazy! However the innovative way of paying using their app is really cool and overall, it was a good experience and one of my favourites!

Prices are fair, aligned on others. I will definitely go back and maybe try another branch. The food made me think a bit of Wagamama but in an upper atmosphere, more chic and trendy. Google just told me that Alan Yau – founder of Busaba Eathai – has also founded Wagamama and the noodle bar Cha Cha Moon; so that likeness is now explained!

This restaurant has a communal feel to it, we sat around a table with another couple (the place was packed!) and still had our privacy. The decor is minimalist and comfortable, the staff well trained. We were pretty hungry and ordered prawn curry with pineapple and chilli, fried rice with crab meat and eggs, sticky jasmine rice and the jungle chicken curry. Each dish was cooked well, a big shout for the prawn curry which was delicious! The food packs in distinct flavor but is yet light and not too overpowering. We ended with some lemongrass tea over some more conversations!

We were at Westfield Mall and hungry for Thai Food. Walked in Busaba and was greeted and seated promptly. We ordered 2 Mint tea and surprised it was steeped with mint tea leaves instead of teabag. The chicken satay was juicy and the peanut sauce was delicious. My Green curry chicken was tasty but not salty with right amt of kick. The Jasmine rice was perfect with it. The Tamarind roasted duck was cook perfect and full of flavor. It went well with the Chinese broccoli. Our server, Carlo, was attentive and professional.

The food was really great and delicious. We ordered rice and pad Thai and some calamari- I would definitely come back for the food again, was so good! We also ordered few drinks and cocktails and they were rather mediocre tasting and rather small for the price too. The place looks really nice but at one point it was difficult to catch the waiter to order more or ask for a check.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Busaba Westfield, and I must say, it was a delightful experience that left my taste buds thoroughly satisfied. This Asian eatery offers a diverse menu of flavorful dishes that truly capture the essence of Asian cuisine. From the moment I stepped inside, the warm and inviting ambiance set the tone for a memorable meal. The contemporary yet cozy decor creates a welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for both intimate dinners and casual get-togethers with friends. The menu at Busaba Westfield is a culinary journey through the rich flavors of Asia. With options ranging from Thai curries to Vietnamese pho and everything in between, there's something to satisfy every palate. The dishes are thoughtfully crafted, balancing traditional recipes with a modern twist. During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying their Pad Thai and Green Curry. The Pad Thai was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors, with the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. The Green Curry, on the other hand, had a rich and aromatic sauce that perfectly complemented the tender chunks of protein and vegetables. One of the standout aspects of Busaba Westfield is their dedication to using fresh ingredients. The quality of the ingredients was evident in each bite, and it truly enhanced the overall dining experience. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the positive experience. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful suggestions, ensuring that my dining companions and I made the most of our meal. Whether you're an avid fan of Asian cuisine or simply looking to explore new flavors, Busaba Westfield is a must-visit. The thoughtfully curated menu, inviting ambiance, and excellent service make it a prime destination for those seeking a memorable dining experience that celebrates the diversity and richness of Asian flavors.

Have been visiting this place at least once a month and it has been a great experience so far. The menu is fantastic and the vibe is lovely. Their services are great and love the food which has been the same since years. The quality has been maintained which is amazing. I am a vegetarian with #jain diet and there are some options for me here to try. I have always loved their Pad Thai Jay, but quite lately their Soyamari starter and Weeping Tiger Curry was something I have tried and loved. While Weeping tiger was okay, and can try it once, I would highly recommend their Soyamari if you love the "sweet" soy taste. Will visit again soon as usual. Keep it up.

Enjoyed the food with my family. Portions sizes were good and the prices were fair. Their Pad Thai was tasty and also seemed popular with other diners, as it was also big enough to share. We also enjoyed the crispy chicken salad.

Went for a late bite to eat on a Saturday. Loved the low night gave it a nice romantic feel. Our waitress was the black girl (I think her name was Kay or Katie) but she was amazing. So patient, funny and friendly. She gave some great recommendations on the drinks and food. Friendly warning -their rum is strong! Do with that what you will the food was perfect, nothing to fault at all. I strongly recommend getting the calamari😍

Busaba's new breakfast menu exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I highly recommend giving it a try. I had the Jay breakfast - veggie version of a classic fry up and it was phenomenal. Also, try the coffee you're in a for a pleasant surprise. I'm looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu. Shout out to Edward for his outstanding customer service. He guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations and answering all our questions with enthusiasm.

Very much recommend the delicious new breakfast menu at Busaba Westfield, Shepherd's Bush. Have just had an awesome experience with exceptionally tasty food. I had the Jay breakfast (pictured), spicy beans, yummy veggie sausages, crisp vegan bacon-everything packed a flavoursome punch. Oh and the cappuccino was a hot, frothy, rich, aromatic surprise :) Edward and the team were absolutely superb. Attentive, friendly, efficient, they created a very pleasant and memorable dining experience. Considering the quality of the food, the superb service, and the overall experience, Busaba offers excellent value for money. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable, considering the outstanding quality and flavors presented. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking an extraordinary breakfast experience. Trust me; you won't be disappointed! I've been to every other restaurant serving breakfast in Westfield and this place is the best, no contest - can't wait to go back!

The food is great. Tastes are authentic and packed with flavour. The portions are very small for the amount of money paid. Service is extremely slow and servers seem to be lost at times - they are most definitely under staffed. Very large eatery in which you might share a table with others which makes the experience nice and friendly. The papaya salad is beautifully made and fragrant. The green curry is amazing and does not have the generic paste flavour. Pork belly was soft and falling apart with utter bliss. Ginger beef had a nice punch of spice. Chicken wings were crispy outside and tender on the inside.

We visited Busaba for my brothers birthday, we were greeted by the most pleasant gentleman at front of house whom we later found out was the manager Edward. He seemed to have a wonderful rapour with customers as he seated them. The waiter was lovely and attentive when taking our order. I would recommend trying the duck as it tasted beautiful and comes with a nice chilli jam, the pork & jasmin rice with egg and the calimari which was throughly enjoyable. I will definitely be popping back in as the food and staff were both delectable.
