I have often been accused of eating like a little bird but frankly, I eat more like a squirrel. Fair enough, I don’t store my food in my cheeks, but I do have the muffin tops to sustain me in times when food is not abundant, or rather, when I am too lazy to cook for myself. When, on the other hand, food is put in front of me, I have no qualms in eating as much of it as I can just about stomach. You never know when you might hit lean times, don’t you agree? Best to make the most of every eating opportunity, I say. I have always been a nibbler and a grazer, so the tapas concept of having lots of small portions of different tastes appeals to me greatly.
Very nice outdoor space especially when the weather is good. Friendly staff and service😊 not the best if you’re hungry because the portions are small but the cocktails are great
Lovely Boho chic comfy vibe and the Mediterranean mojito was lovely and highly recommend the black cod was delicious staff were all lovely very welcoming and friendly will definitely return
The duck tacos were a complete surprise, not something I would normally order and was encouraged to try ,and it was delicious.
Excellent food and brilliant cocktails! This Great spot serves a fantastic variety of delicious small sharing plates and a great selection of reasonably priced cocktails. It is conveniently located near Chiswick mainline station. It is one of our favourites in the area and certainly worth a few visits.
Good to see little bird back to the way it was. The last time we visited the food and drink wasn't to its usual standard and it was very disappointing. This time the food was perfect so were the drinks. Everything was so good we accidentally spent the entire evening drinking margaritas. Wish I took the guy who served us name cause he was great too and had us laughing.
Wonderful local restaurant and bar opposite Chiswick train station. Charming friendly staff, beautiful decor, happy hour till 7pm (cocktails at £6.95 v 10.95), Asian/European fusion tapas menu. Wine very reasonably priced from £23. There were 3 of us, we had 4 cocktails, one beer, a bottle of wine, 8 dishes all for £142 including service. It's a well kept local secret and they'll probably hate this review!
We walk pass this little restaurant all the time. The decoration outside isn’t very attractive however it’s lovely inside. We sat in courtyard. Really nice atmosphere. Cocktail was a bit small. We ordered “blackened cod” (not black cod), tempura (nice), soft shell (so so), beef tataki (nice) and flourless chocolate pudding (nice and rich). The service was good and the staff were friendly. It gets quite busy in the weekend therefore booking in advance is advisable. The price was quite expensive though. Around £40 per person. We ordered 4 tapas in total. (they recommend 2-3 tapas per person) and 1 pudding to share.
Cozy and intimate atmosphere.
Service was spot on, girls were very friendly and always around.
I was there with a friend for cocktail hours and we also had some food. Cocktails were nice and food was OK.
I would go again, mainly for the ambiance.
Very nice, popular restaurant. It has a great atmosphere with very good service. The dishes were very good, of a little pricey. The cocktails were fine but my dry Martini was a little small.
The service was quick and I would generally recommend this place.
Great food. Great vibe. Superb drinks. Very friendly especially with our young daughter. Highly recommend. Thanks for a delicious and fun evening!
Loved the reviews and decided to take my husband here on a Thursday evening for date night. Was a quiet night, not busy. Loved the fun, gorgeous decor and cozy atmosphere. Our server was pleasant. I ordered an extra dry martini (made perfectly). We ordered appetizers and main dishes which were delivered quickly and, surprisingly, all at the same time. Unfortunately, the naan was cool and tasted store bought, our sashimi appetizer was over cooked -even though it should be prepared raw, and the guacamole lacked freshness as if thawed. The main dish, a vegetarian curry, was delicious and had wonderful depth of flavors- a must try! While some of our experience was less than ideal we loved the vibe, just disappointed with what seemed like basic food prep and service etiquette. Hoping it was an off night. Worth visiting. We will try again.
Cosy atmosphere and great food. We can’t wait to go back. It’s great to have this so close to our home.
Nice atmosphere and varied, simple menu.
Discovered the place randomly & was bit disappointed! The food was amazing & staff who brought our food were superb ( really took care of a heavily pregnant diner 😊). Had a largely vegetarian meal (guacamole, humus, etc) - the flavors were impeccable- a definite must try! The mock cocktails were excellent too & it being my birthday, the chocolate cake + vanilla ice-cream dessert made my evening even better!
Fantastic little restaurant. The cocktails were perfectly created and delicious, while the food was amazing - not a dud plate or uninteresting flavour. Staff were attentive and friendly too.
All round a great evening out. Highly recommended!
We loved our visit to this little hidden gem. Relaxed and chilled out atmosphere with food to die for. Just order way and the food comes out to you as and when it's ready in the same was as you would get at a good Tapas. We over ordered but everything we had was special in its own little way. If you go early they do cocktails at a lower price so you can call for a few drinks before eating. Don't tell anyone else though as if everyone gets to know it won't be the same
This is definitely one of my favourite cocktail bars in London!
Delicious cocktails, it's refreshing, funky and very tasty!
And great food with an asian twist!
The squid is one of the best I have ever had (better than some of the ones I had at Chinese restaurants!)
Lovely place to chill and have a chat with friends.
Visited for quick bite. Service was great and duck honey tacos too. Do not recommend for coffee.
