The food here is amazing, we tried lamb nihari, tandoori chicken chop. The desert fig and ginger pudding was lovely. The portion size is just right for a person to enjoy the food.
The ambience is good upstairs, we found it very dull downstairs and would recommend people to insists on upstairs table.
The food is overpriced as compared to similar other places in London.
Conclusion is visit at least once but do try out other options eg Dishoom or Veeraswamy.

@farzicafe has been my favourite when I was in India and I decided to try one in London to see whether it has same taste and touch or not. I was amazed with the Indian fusion dishes @farzicafelondon serve here with no compromise to taste. The thought that they give to make a dish is simply awesome. Take an example of simple comfort dish that every Indian eat at home daal dhawal they made a fusion out of that with a small papad to top it off.
Cocktails are special too as they have been astrological inspired. Head to this place if you like Modern Indian Fusiin Cuisine.
.
PS: The only thing that I didn't like is quantity of food served as the taste is so good.

Do you wanna know my most desirable place for modern Indian cuisine?
It’s none other than Farzi Cafe
After trying it in Dubai and India how can I stop myself in London 😄
No matter where I live or how far I travel, deep inside me I’m a desi girl. After all the delicious food from all across the world Indian cuisine is were my soul find happiness.
For the people who love modern twist to our traditional dishes in a most exquisite way at Farzi Cafe is not to be missed.
I was there yesterday for lunch with my family and having good Indian food in the heart of London is an experience on its own. It was a great site to see people from different countries enjoying the flavours of India. From the mouth watering pani poori to the most scrumptious biryani everything deserve A+ and their dessert are to die for 🤤
So,what all we tired? Yes we get emotional when it comes to our desi food 🤣

Starters:
* Daal chawal arancini
* Madras pepper prawns
* Pani poori
* Hass avocado chaat
* Chicken wings
* Paneer popcorns

Mains:
* Tandoori goat shoulder
* Smoked aubergine bharta
* Herb crusted paneer tikka
* Jhol chicken biryani
* Chicken kadai
* Daal makhani

Desserts:
* Srikhand cheesecake
* Laddo- coconut shells filled with berries
* Rasmalai marshmallow

And the most interesting was their cocktails. They actually have your zodiac drinks. So for Virgo me it was “kanya in the west” (mix of Bombay saphire+orange+Prosecco+honey+citrus+frankincese ice cream). So don’t wait and make your reservation ASAP and you will be 💯 satisfied!

Much 💕
Stay chic...!

Following the successes across India and in Dubai, Farzi Cafe has now come to London! The name “farzi” actually means fake in Urdu. By that, it means attempting to bring a modern interpretation of Indian food onto the table, or what they describe as “with a vision of bringing Indian Cuisine back “in-Vogue”.

Avocado chaat
Pepper prawns
Dal Chawal Srancini,
Salmon tikka,
Butter chicken bao,
Wagyu slider
Lobster moille
Shawarma biryani

We recently used the private dining room at Farzi for an intimate milestone birthday celebration with friends and family. Savio at Farzi was excellent and responded to all my queries promptly. The staff at the restaurant were great and provided an excellent service. The vegetarian and vegan food was excellent and we were not short of choices!! Thank you to the Farzi team for making the celebrations a lovely and enjoyable evening. We loved the food and service at Farzi and will definitely be visiting again!

I genuinely love the dining experience at Farzi. The drink and food quality is high. Staff are really helpful but not overly interrupting. The ambience is good. Highly recommend the prawns and chicken starters but the Lamb Chops are out of this world. The special sauce they pour allows 2 distinct experiences of flavour. We asked for the butter chicken as a main which they don't usually do but they allowed on this occasion. A fantastic meal experience.

Just finished a wonderful dinner here. The service was brilliant, very friendly staff and the food was so tasty. Would absolutely come here again. We came for my birthday and to my wonderful surprise I was given a birthday card from the staff which they all signed along with a delicious birthday dessert. Would highly recommend this place.

Interesting and overall good and nice fusion and contemporary Indian restaurant. Some excellent dishes (goat) and some less obvious ones (burrata?). Staff not very well organised: a couple of times a second waiter would come a couple of minutes later to ask the same questions as his colleague. Also, they do not seem to agree on quantities to order, which makes it difficult to know if we correctly sized the order.

Great options that are really different to your usual indian. But some dishes disappoint for example the avo starter was literally half an avo with some crunchy corn (that you can get from M&S). It's quite pricy for what it is in my opinion. It was a nice experience but I wouldn't go back. The lamb chops were delish but you only get 2.

My husband found this wonderful place in London to celebrate my birthday. Ashin was our host through out the tasting experience. By far the best service we have encountered especially coming all the way from New York City. The food was great and the atmosphere as well. I really want to give Ashin for his above and beyond explanation through out the time we got to taste the delightful cuisine.

Hands down the best Indian cuisine I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. I cannot recommend this place anymore! The staff are so friendly, the service was so fast, and the food was something else! I’ve never had Indian food so good in my life. Will definitely be back!

Planned a team meal out, everyone loved the food. We went overboard with the starters and tbh that was not a bad thing, they were much better than the mains! Confirmed to be halal.

It's an Indian Cuisine Restaurant. Very luxurious place. The interior looks very fancy, the perfect place for a date night or just a dinner. Wide variety of drinks. Tasty and great looking. And the food, as you can see it looks so good that you don't wanna eat it, but then when you taste it all you wanna do it eat it! So enjoy yourself in this central place for at least once, then you'll come back!

I enjoyed the most amazing progressive Indian fine dining experience at the Farzi Cafe recently which was a collaboration with former Master Chef contestant chef Arbinder Singh Dugal. Each dish right from the starter to dessert was truly worthy of a Michelin star for sure. Every mouthful was doing a breakdance in my mouth, tantalising my tastebuds like none other… The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive too and my two guests including an Indian royal prince were incredibly happy with the whole dining experience.

Excellent selection of food. Interesting flavours and combinations. Very reasonable cost considering we had two bottles of wine. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

The food here is fantastic. Also the presentation of food is amazing. Staff was in a hurry to clear the table, but I think we may have been unlucky with the service person. They are running a busy restaurant and it is no doubt it is great.

We ate there last night for the first time and it was literally one of the best meals we’ve ever had - and we eat out a lot. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the wait staff could step-up their level of service. The manager took great care of us though. We’ll definitely be back!

We visited on a Sunday lunchtime expecting it to be busy, but the restaurant was quiet and relaxing with a cosy feel. The menu is very exciting, with lots of unusual dishes you don't normally see in Indian restaurants, with good vegetarian options (daal chawal arrancini, spinach burrata, beetroot jackfruit dosa). The wine and cocktail list is very extensive too. We chose items from the Brunch menu, plus a few extras from the À la carte to try out the different dishes, and everything was excellent, very well presented, and beautifully spiced. We also went for the bottomless drinks, which was good value, and our fantastic waiter Kishore was very efficient in keeping our glasses topped up! We were celebrating a special occasion, and the staff kindly brought out a complimentary dessert, which was a nice touch. Wonderful décor inside the restaurant, a great choice for a special occasion. Would definitely recommend Farzi Café for a memorable meal.

Interesting fine dining twists on Indian food. We enjoyed trying the new flavors but not everything worked for us. We loved most of the small plates—arancini was amazing! So was chocolate dessert.
