This off dry white from the Alsace is manual harvested and uses traditional vilification methods. The age of the vines is 30 year old. Pale yellow with hints of green. The nose is attractive with honeysuckle, peach, and apricot. The flavours of green orchard fruits and sweet basil with a tart acidity with a clean and crisp finish.
