Had a fantastic meal at the Park Walk location of Maze Grill on Wednesday evening. We were in London for the day and, being foodies, wanted a reliable dining experience. Gordon Ramsay has high expectations of his staff and has a thing for hiring passionate people ... so we figured that a GR restaurant would not disappoint. The Spoilt for Summer Menu provides incredible value for money and without short-changing you in the quality stakes. The hostess was lovely, attentive and helpful ... and surprised us by inviting us downstairs to view the kitchen since this was our first visit. This was such a cool experience: the chefs were all enthusiastic, passionate and welcoming ... and it was very special to walk into the former kitchen of GR's famous Aubergine restaurant from the 1990s ... and see it as it is today. I cannot recommend the staff here and the food enough. If you love good food, cooked to perfection, this is the restaurant for you.

A great evening, excellent welcome and service, lovely varied interesting food, great ambiance what more could you ask for? Well a bonus was our waiter Kasim who was very welcoming, helpful and friendly without being overpowering, also the Sommeller who told us some interesting things about the wine( which was lovely.) An outstanding evening.

I just want to pay my tributes to Maze Grill and the staff for the excellent experience we had when we visited you for dinner on New Years Eve! Me and my family felt ourself very special already from the entrance, the bar and throughout the whole dinner. Especially our headwaiter (think his name was Karnal?) but also his colleagues had much to do but never failed in attention, on the contrary there where not a single second we had to wait or ask for anything. Nice details as when someone constantly have an eye if our glasses needed to be filled up or when our son dropped the fork he had a new one even faster than he could of picked it up himself from the floor. And we noticed that the staff picked up the napkins and folded it and put it back whenever someone went to toilet or so. And it never felt pushy or so, just nice and friendly discreet attention. And what about the food? The garlic shrimps for starter was great as a appetizer and the steak for main course was perfectly executed, as well as the chips and the cole slaw was to die for. Again the attention for detail was great since we had different choices all four of us. The sommelier presented the wines on an Ipad to choose from and we struck gold for choosing a red stellenbosch one. If we have anything to complain about the wine could of been a couple of degrees colder, it was room temperatur I believe. We could of said something but we didnĀ“t since we already got our main courses. When we left Maze Grill for heading out for the fireworks the doorman helped us with a cab…all nice details that makes you feel happy to pay the bill even if its much more than you usually spend on a dinner as an ā€average familyā€. We will certainly visit you again and we will look for other Ramsay restaurants whenever we travel abroad again. Hope you will find a place in Stockholm to start up a new restaurant someday! We say Thank you and wish you all a Happy New Year! Mikael Tarnstrom with family

I have had some truly exceptional steaks at the Royal Hospital Road Maze Grill, and some very good 'deals of the day' in particular for regular customers.

Dining at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill in Grosvenor Square, London, is an experience that goes beyond the plate. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere exuded a warm and inviting ambiance, setting the stage for an unforgettable team dinner. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the steak—cooked to perfection, it was the epitome of culinary craftsmanship. Each bite was a symphony of taste and texture, melting in your mouth in a wave of deliciousness. But the experience was far from over. Just when we thought things couldn’t get better, the toffee pudding arrived. This dessert was a heavenly blend of sweetness and texture, rounding off a perfect meal and leaving us all in a state of culinary euphoria. Service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, adding to the overall excellence of the evening. Whether for a team dinner, a romantic evening, or a celebratory event, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill delivers a top-notch dining experience worthy of its prestigious location.

First visit to a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. I’m a huge fan of this work. We ordered a few cocktails which was okay. Nicely presented. Took a bit of time to get the cocktails. We had to wait a bit time before mains arrived. For mains we ordered steak, lamb and Cheeseburgers. The steak was nice and the sauces was good. One of the steaks was a bit chewy in some places. The burger was nice and the chips an mash in bone marrow was really good. We also ordered chicken wings which was amazing. The deserts were really good and was the highlight of the dinning experience. Coffee was ok. Overall a solid dining experience. However given the price, expectations was really high. Good for a once in a lifetime experience.

My first Gordon Ramsey restaurant experience. Don't get me wrong, this 4 star review is just extremely strict. The food is sensational, the service was lovely, the bathroom is so nice, I never thought a scented paper towel would make me smile. So why not 5 star, well, my experience wasn't perfect. We were handed the drinks menu, and we opened the front cover to an upside down and back to front menu and the beer section to the menu was missing. Thank you for an outstanding meal, it was such a pleasure to meet the chef and thank you so much to our waiter for making this experience one to remember

We visited on a Tuesday afternoon, we had booked a few weeks before so as not to be disappointed. My family and I like watching Gordon Ramsay on the television in the States so were very keen to visit one of his restaurants while in London. The restaurant is located in a very upscale area of London, quite close to high end shops. This location is at the base of Marriott and has an entrance from that hotel into the dining area. The main entrance to the Bar and Grill is shared by another Gordon Ramsay restaurant called Lucky Cat so it was a little confusing when we had arrived for our lunch. The dining area was clean and well appointed, it was broken into areas; general seating, bar and then a lounge area as well as chef's table towards the kitchen which was at a higher level. The staff we had interactions with were excellent. When we visited it was not very busy so practically had the whole floor to ourselves. Drinks were definitely expensive but not unexpected for this type of establishment. We had elected to get the prix fixe menu, two courses for 25 or three for 30 pounds. It made the most sense to get a sampling of foods. I would say service of food was on the slower side than I'm used to from the kitchen. Some of the items were definitely a little cooler than I'd like. Presentation of the food was excellent. Some of the items we had sampled were the salad, cod, chicken and potted salmon. The chicken was very good but the cod was definitely dry, and I did not like the sauce it was served in - very strong for the subtle cod flavor in my opinion. We actually had to send the mac and cheese back as it had literally no flavor. The cheese cake was very bland ... not sure if it was meant to be that way but be aware if you're from the States. My children liked the mocktails. Overall the experience was good in term of location/staff/general experience but the taste of the food was a little underwhelming given Gordon Ramsay's reputation and I think the service from the kitchen was on the slower side. Would I go again? likely no -this was more of a one time experience, the food definitely was not as good as I had hoped for. I would give this 3.5/5 overall. I think there are a lot of other options in London but if you're a fan of Gordon Ramsay you would likely want to go at least once ...

First time visiting and will šŸ’Æ not be the last, we had an amazing time and the food was superb. Emanuil was exceptional and made the whole experience memorable, the head chef bringing out desert and introducing himself was also a great end to a great evening. Gambas pil pil , and the beef wellington for 2 would highly Recommend, although all the food was amazing. The only Thing that could of made it any better was meeting the big man himself šŸ‘Øā€šŸ³

When you visit a Gordon Ramsay establishment, you walk in with high expectations for the food quality, the creativity of the menu, the ambiance. And in this case, wonderful on all counts … superb yellowtail from the sushi bar, unreal beef tatami, tamarind sticky cake, I could go on and on. Presentation, taste… I couldn’t resist sending photos back home with each serving. I’ll leave a couple photos here… What I did *not* expect from a Gordon Ramsay place on a busy Friday night in Mayfair was that my experience would be more about the warm and competent staff than it would be about the awesome cuisine. I walked in jet-lagged, not even intending to have dinner but just checking it out, but was greeted at the reception area by Clara … and next thing I knew I was getting a tour of the restaurant, hearing getting stories of her favorites on the menu, and just being made welcome. This wasn’t one of those perfunctory hellos and then getting dumped at your table with a menu —- she took the time all evening to check in on each course, make sure things at the table were great, introduce me to others on the staff. Just a wonderful person and great ambassador for the place. And it wasn’t just Clara who made the experience great. Everyone knows what it’s like when you encounter people who act as if they have a personal stake in their work, as if they were owners … well, that was also Juan (hope I have his name correct!), the sushi chef. Not just the insane creations like his yellowtail dish, but his taking time to go deeper into special cuts of sushi that I’d never heard of, to teach and even demonstrate. And then, my waiter, Luca stood out as another awesome representative for the restaurant. Great recommendations, service, attitude. Life’s short, Nice to be around people who make it a bit better. Super evening, super team.

We booked for a nuce meal out in London for my wifes birthday and it didnt disappoint. The bar and restaurant was nicely decorated, spacious and the staff were nice/friendly. We Chaple Down sparkling rose to drink to begin with. For starters we had some bread which was sour dough baked fresh and warm, we also had beetroot with buratta which was really tasty. We then had beers to go with our mains. Our mains were ribeye steak with chimichuri sauce and bone marrow mash, we also had the ribs they didnt hesitate to swap dishes out for us we swapped the potato salad for bine marrow mash and took away the slaw. Everything came in a timely manor and we thoughly enjoyed our experience

I came here for breakfast, and the food was pretty good, but not amazing. However, they did go out of their way to make a vegetarian option even though it was not on the paper menu, despite it being on the online menu. (They did this by just not adding the meat to the plate.) The wait was fairly long. Overall, good to try.

What a wonderful afternoon experience for a birthday dinner. Eating at Gordon Ramsey restaurant was one the top of our to do list when planning our trip to london and it did not disappoint. The food was immaculate and truly an experience everyone should experience at least once in their life. The ambiance was maxing and romantic. We shared the beef Wellington for two and it was more than enough. The portion size was plenty. We even revived a complimentary dessert. However, I wish the service could’ve been a bit more attentive and more welcoming.

This was a much-anticipated meal. After years of watching videos of Gordon, and being inspired to make my own on multiple occasions - I had to try a Gordon Ramsay beef wellington. During my first trip to the UK, there was no question it had to happen. Worth it. At 110 pounds for the wellington (intended for two), expectations were very high - especially considering earlier the same day, Heddon Street kitchen failed to deliver runny yolks on my eggs royale! But this did not disappoint whatsoever. Execution was perfect and the mash was the smoothest me and my lady have ever had. Of course we had to follow it up with the sticky toffee pudding, which was a fantastic end to a fantastic meal.

The ambience was amazing! Went there with a few friends and I was quite impressed. The service was A+ also. The food was good, but I’d be honest and say it didn’t match my expectations especially given its price, a few friends said that the beef wellington was great though!

We loved this restaurant the only reason we are giving a 4 star on the food is Mac and cheese was we were not a fan of the flavor cheese it had. Other then that fantastic! The waiter BT was awesome he definitely gets a 5 star from us, as he made out 20th Anniversary a memorable ā¤ļø

Dropped in for an early weekend lunch without a booking and was able to get a table for 2 right away. The food is delicious, can highly recommend the lemon sole. Service is really slow though, had to wait for about an hour even though the restaurant wasn’t very crowded when we ordered.

This was our last dinner on our Europe trip and we are so glad we came. While the food was world class; speaking about the Beef Wellington and Apple crips, our server BT made the experience. BT helped recommend several items for us to order and even helped us choose our wine for the meal. If you are in London, this is a dining experience worth checking out :)!
