I was very impressed by the service that the managers: Angela and Daniel provided. Angela was very attentive, polite and professional, as was Daniel when he took over. They both made us and my daughters feel very welcome and we felt very looked after.
The food was delicious and fresh and filled us up. Presentation was great. A restaurant I would highly recommended.

Great vibe to the place. We had the plantain tacos and black bean quesadillas, the former was especially good. The sort of place that is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
Popped in for lunch and shared some small plates from the street food section of the menu. Food was pretty decent. Not my favourite Mexican though.
Mexican food place with a swag
The place has real soulful food. Loved both the taste and the portion sizes.
Oh the chili seeds as a parting gift shows that they thought through the complete experience of Mexican food.
Can't wait to visit them again.
What beautiful and lively place to dine at after a tiring shopping day. Great service, I must say. The staff was right on their toes to answer my unusual queries and serve me well.
Smoky Chicken Chipotle Quesadillas and Chicken Caesar salad were my choices and these was delectable.
Its always so crowded and the wait was never ending. After waiting for 45min we finally got the table. Food was good. Service staff was very helpful as he suggested us perfect dish and quantity.
Overall not so bad experience.
Churros y Chocolate: £4.25 | So I had a massive churros craving and couldn't help but satisfy it! After searching online, Wahaca turned out to be the nearest for churros so off I went. The decor inside was really pretty and quirky. When led to my seat, I was surprised. The seat was on a step so really, you were sitting on a stair! The patterns on the floor were beautiful and the whole place was very vibrant. So I ordered my churros to a lovely waiter and had to wait for a while before they turned up. I really liked the presentation, the chocolate sauce in the little teacup was adorable! So in terms of taste, the churros were so crispy and just fab. The chocolate sauce however was dark chocolate and bitter which was disappointing. On the menu, they state the sauce is rich chocolate, a bit misleading. All in all, great service and pretty good churros. As far as I know, this restaurant does NOT serve halal meat or chicken. Foodie.007 x
Pretty set up in a crowded area.
Went here last evening, and had an enjoyable meal.
Sweet potato taqidos and pinto beans quesadilla was good. The salsa was a little sweet though.
Bean and avocado salad was great. Good for sharing.
Highlight of the day: Churos with chocolate! Must try this dish. It is too good.
Should add a few more salad options and vegetarian options to the menu.
A very enjoyable meal with lots of different flavours to try, and very reasonably priced...
Full five.
Best Mexican food ever had in my life.
Can't believe d taste what they r offering.
Finger licking, yum sum, mind blasting food.
I absolutely love this Restaurant! I cant believe it took me so long to discover..second time I've come here (the first time i went to the one in Soho, just as amazing as this one!) Anyone who knows me will know i LOVE to eat, but i hate the decision process...what if i don't like this? Ooh that looks nice! Do i want this or that? The list is endless! If you can identify with this, and you like Mexican food then I completely recommend Wahaca! Its a Tapas style restaurant so you can pick and choose as many dishes as you like! The staff are welcoming and always willing to help and recommend any dishes, the music and the ambience is fun, friendly and lively and to top it off, the food is freshly made and the waiting time is second to none.
Wahaca, located outside of the Westfield Mall, is a great location for a post-shopping pit stop. The atmosphere is relaxed with a Latin-American vibe, which is accentuated by Latino-music and dim lighting. The menu offers a wide range of options for both veggie- and meat eaters alike, and for those who are rather indecisive, picking a variety of dishes and sharing amongst your friends, is encouraged.
Me and my friend opted for a tapas style meal which consited of a range of Tacos (the Pork Pibil is to die for) a side of Frijoles, which is a pot of black beans with cheese and sour cream (YUM) and of course some guacamole. I quenched my thirst with two servings of the hibiscus water, and of course no dinner would be complete without desert, thus I indulged in Churros with a side of chocolate.
We were blessed with a particularly friendly and helpful waiter, which helped make the experience even better. All-in-all it came to about £20pp, which I'd consider more than reasonable for dining out in London, and we definately did not walk out hungry.
My only critique would be that the venue would benefit from a few less tables. The tables are very close together shattering any illusion of privacy, as well as make it a bit of a struggle to store large bags of shopping.
Having been to the restaurant a number of times I have never left disappointed. Service is good, food is quick and there is always a great vibe about the place. If you enjoy spicy food there is a good selection of options that pack that little extra. I also enjoy the variety of non alcoholic beverages to sample all of which are distinct in flavour.
I came here for lunch on Saturday after a big Friday night out in East London and really enjoyed the place. It was lively, artistically decorated, open plan and had a Latin American vibe. We sat at a corner table. I found the waiters very welcoming - since I'd not had too much experience in Mexican dining, I asked for recommendations and ended up going for the 5 tapas dishes in the street food section of the menu that he suggested. They were tasty choices and we shared everything between the 2 of us.
There was the pork pibil taco, the herring tostada, the tomato and avocado soup, and the chorizo and mushroom quesidillas. Everything was delicious and the variety was great - trying out 5 smaller dishes was much better than having a large portion of just one dish. The flavours came out really well, especially as I was a fan of spicy food. For drinks we had the raspberry hibiscus water and the horchata (almond milk and cinnamon). It came to around £25 between us, which I thought was pretty reasonable. Will definitely be visiting another Wahaca branch very soon.
Assured of a satisfying meal each visit. Food is good and cocktails even better--staff are friendly and prices are reasonable
Great food and service but the tables are so weird. The toilets could be better too.
The food itself is fantastic and you will get dishes which are so authenticity Mexican that you feel you are fully immersed in the culture.
The wine and spices are perfectly well balanced and the spicy habereno sauces dd layers of intense depth to the red wine, especially if you choose one of the darker red wines. They are super tasty together.
It is also really cheap and the QR code payment system makes it really easy to settle bills.
We had a great time at Wahaca Stratford. The Nachos were crispy and cheesy, and the burritos were stuffed with beans, rice, meat and salsa. We loved the cozy and colorful atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly. We would definitely come back here again and recommend it to anyone who loves Mexican food.
i've been here twice now, and i must say, this is a great place to get delicious mexican food without breaking the bank! the servers have all been lovely, and the place feels homey. here are the dishes i've tried:
🌮 Beef Gringa Tacos - 10/10. flavorful, tender beef. toppings were also sublime.
🌮 Free Range Chicken Tacos - 8/10. still a delicious taco, but i prefer the beef.
🥑 Guacamole (w/ unlimited nachos) - 10/10. this is the first time i've ever had guacamole, and it's sooo good. the guac tasted very fresh.
🧀 Chicken Quesadillas - 9/10. big serving. perfrctly cooked juicy chicken on the inside.
🍫 Churros (w/ chocolate sauce) - 7/10. churros were fresh and crispy on the outside. sauce was good. i just don't like sweet things that much.
From tacos 🌮to 🫔taquitos, quesadilla to 🍠🥔Royal Pots they serves a delicious food.. brought the taste directly to 🇬🇧UK from 🇲🇽Mexico.. Loved the food, friendly 👫staff who explains you about the dishes and clear your doubts clearly.. worth visiting and spending your time🙂
Very nice food, cooked to order and pleasant staff. Only issue was they automatically put service charge of 12% when only two people order. Guess that must be a London thing.
The food was great except the wahacamole (their twist on guacamole), the mint made it just taste off. I had the crab tostada's and pork pibil tacos. They had just the right amount of heat and we're delicious! The service was fairly quick, considering the crowd (just left the West Ham match), and the margaritas were on point! Only thing I would change is serving the margaritas in a margarita glass instead of a low ball just to complement the atmosphere.
My favourite place in Stratford! Strongly recommended!!!
I’ve been there a few times before I write this review, the atmosphere and service of the restaurant was continually good. Also able to enjoy the food outdoor. All the waiters/waitress I met is friendly and check if my friends and I are okay 🥰
The taco is my favourite, the beef gringa is super delicious so does the buttermilk chicken (thank to their recommendations!). We also ordered wahaca colada and virgin mojito, they are both delicious and pretty!
I’ll come more times 😉
Wonderful service and delicious tacos. I especially recommend the new Beef tacos, absolutely divine. The Free range chicken and avocado tacos are amazing as well. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.
Amazing food as ALWAYS! I definelly reccomend it. Take some nachos to share, tacos and quesadilha! They are all small portions but in the end becames a perfect combination! Love it!!!
Food was good, a generous amount of filling/protein in the tacos. Overall dishes could of been more spicier (authentic Mexican style).
Service could have been quicker nevertheless when served the staff were very friendly.
First time here and I love it! Our waitress Vale was more than amazing, willing to explain us the menu, the offers and the new dishes and cocktails! Definitely we will come back soon for more ❤️
This was our first time visiting the restaurant, and we totally loved our food.
We arrived and seat quickly. Even though our group size changed several times, staff were accommodating.
The food was tasty and well cooked. The two ladies that served us were attentive and nothing you asked was a problem.
We will definitely be visiting again before we leave England.
Wahaca never fails to deliver the best quality food! I love the vibe and the service and of course the food! Price is reasonable and the food portion might look small but it is really filling. Enjoy these finger-licking photos :P
Great place for tacos. Must order the sweet potato taquito and the plantain tacos - excellent flavor combos. Great gluten free menu and decent service (not very attentive, but when you got their attention they were lovely). Decent prices, comfortable location.
Fantastic place, amazing atmosphere and delicious food
We popped in accidentally but it was our best choice today. The staff was exceptional, food was fast and delicious, tequila was fair priced (by the location). Online payment also went smooth. The restaurant was clean and subjectively I liked the decoration too. Defo recommended.
Amazing food, went for a healthy option and was delighted with my choice. Staff were very welcoming
Food is always consistently great, especially the smoked hibiscus sauce. Great vegetarian options and the service was fantastic! The last couple of times we’ve been, we’ve had Maria D as our waitress and she’s always been really attentive and lovely. Honestly makes such a huge difference when the service is this good. Thanks Maria!
