We went for my sons birthday 11/5/18. Had a drink at the bar and then shown to our booth. Must give a special mention to Wilson as we had excellen service he was fun and very informative . We had selection of starters, including the sharing platter and voodoo shrimp which was amazing Lobster was delish as was the brisket and pulled pork -very tasty.
Slushy cocktails are awesome, especially the Mojito yummy.
We left very full up and happy with our experience here, definitely go again . Keep it up guys you’re doing fantastically well.

We went for the Daily Special - Shrimps Tuesdays - a good deal for the large & bottomless portion on the offer + the slushy cocktail/ brew. Not a big fan of sea food but loved the fried shrimps here, offered with chips, coleslaw and dips. Food was fresh, well presented and tasty.
Being a popular spot in Canary Wharf, it does get busy around 7-ish. So if you are in a group I’d recommend booking a table.

Well today I went to this restaurant and I must say that this is one of the best restaurant in this area. They serve wide variety of non veg dishes And each and every item deserve 5*. At first I was in dilemma whether to visit this outlet or not but my decision to visit this outlet was right. Food at this outlet was really delicious. Looking forward to visit this outlet again.

The big easy is a nice place .... whenever in the area I do enjoy dining there , it's easy ambience and casual service is nice ...... my favourite is the lobster burger....
Of you want a place to gorge on good, greasy (read hard core American) food to kiss your diet and the idea of healthy eating goodbye - this is the place! We went as a group and ordered the Grand Appetizer Platter to go along with our beers. Couldn’t have made a better choice. As a main course had Bird on the Bun and it was a challenge to finish it due to the sheer Enormity.
A place if you love sea food. Bit heavy on pocket but simply a worth for those who have an edge for sea food. Must try but you have to wait to get the real platter coming your way. Staff is cordial and will help you understand the things. Would be a great combi to have a bucket of beer along!!
My visit was just to have a drink with friends. The space is super cool and the service was fantastic. We had live music and we had a great time there. I hope I can go back there in a next trip to London!
I visited The Big Easy Canary Wharf on a Monday night. It has an American bbq pit theme, and smells fantastic as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is great with live music for most of the evening. The menu is full of tempting dishes and is hard to choose from. I had a starter of shrimp with blue cheese dip which was to die for. Then for a main I chose the special offer of an all you can eat bbq and a stein of beer for £20.
I have to say that every part of the meal was delicious. The portions are huge and there was no way I could order a refill of the bbq plate.
After the meal I sat at the bar to have another drink. They have a huge collection of beers and shots to chose from.
I’ll definitely be going back there the next time I’m in the the area.

I really enjoyed my time in this restaurant. I think it's one of the only menus that has forced me to deter from my usual Burger & Fries meal. I decided on the Smoked Brisket Chilli. It was a good meal, the Chilli was sensational I loved it however I did not see the dipping Chips as a correct combination with the delicious Chilli. I suggest they replace the dipping Chips with a bowl of rice which would complement the Chilli a lot more. One point I had to make was the lack of non alcoholic drinks on their drinks menu. They didn't have any normal bottle drinks like coke or Fanta etc. They had milkshakes and other things however not one normal decently priced non alcoholic drink which was frustrating. Service was ok we had a sort of slow waiter who took his time understanding us. However apart from that it was a good dining experience and I will definitely come back again to try more things on their wide menu
Great atmosphere and excellent value for the 2 hours weekend brunch of unlimited meat/one fresh lobster (the lobster is better than the meat option), bottomless prosecco and mojitos for around £30. Such a good place to catch up with friends for a fun filled brunch.

Great ambience and vibe. Nice options for large parties and varied palates. I'm not a fan of gargantuan portions of low quality meats. The starters are all really good though
The industrial yet cosy vibe of the Big Easy offers a stark contrast to its suited and booted clientele. Ties loosened, hair down, Canary Wharf’s money makers come here to gorge on seafood and chug on beer… as you should in a southern style lobster shack. If you want a post work drink or have a reservation and need to wait till you’re seated, the bar offers a wide array of drinks, from beers to cocktails. The Big Easy is known for their lobster, so naturally, I had to try it. I had a lobster and steak which was cooked perfectly. The portions were very generous although to be honest the presentation can be better. My friend ordered a whole lobster, which is always fun to eat. My other friend who was not a fan of seafood settled for a burger, which he enjoyed as well. All in all, food is delicious and the cocktails are great.
A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to get to hang out with the lovely Emma and do some exploring here in town. Once we settled on a date, we quickly formulated a plan - brunch at the Big Easy in Canary Wharf followed by exploring and culture at the museums in Greenwich. As the picture demonstrates, I was super excited to try Big Easy - I've been meaning to do so for ages but this was actually my first visit. I love me some southern-US food so was excited to head on down and try. The Canary Wharf location is lovely, easy to get to, with bags of space and great light, so all in all it's a blogger's dream!
Good deals and great vibes! Portion was quite filling considering it's a lunch set. Staff are very helpful with our orders, will definitely come again!
I love brunch. It's my new favourite thing. Brunch has become a bit of 'birthday tradition' amongst my friends. Instead of going for nights out or out for dinner, we like to pretend we're ladies of leisure and go for brunch on a Saturday afternoon. I'd like to say it's a civilised affair but when you give bottomless Prosecco to 12 girls, things tend to get a little out of hand.
Very good lobster for a decent price! Not the best ribs I've ever tasted, but still very good. Good service, and a nice bar while you wait for your table. Overall, a good spot to dinner in Canary Wharf after work, will definitely return!
I've been here about 4 times now and I have been to all the Big Easy's aswell and im in love with this place. Im not a big fan of the convent garden one but im loving Canary Wharf because it's so big with great views and right next to an amazing garden, oh and the food lol. I've had the express lunch meal and wasn't a fan of the popcorn shrimp starters but the steak and chips was really nice. I've been for the epic shrimp Tuesday which everyone should go and experience and I just recently had the chicken and biscuits. The fried chicken was really tasty but those biscuits were terrible and I've had some goooood biscuits guys. If your ever there on a weekend go for the chicken and waffles because I tasted that and it was perfect! The slush cocktails don't skimp on the alcohol either and are so amazing.

I went during a weekday lunch with colleagues from work and I've really enjoyed it. There were plenty of really good lobster related options. As I wasn't very hungry I went for the flat iron which was really tasty. Will probably be back at some stage

The new Crossrail at Canary Wharf might be a station, but it also has an amazing garden area at the top where you can have a wander round, think SkyGarden but not quite as big. On the same level is also Big Easy, which after their successful restaurant in Covent Garden have opened up and are now offering American style breakfasts, afternoon teas and brunch, alongside their usual offerings. Danny and I popped down to Canary Wharf on Saturday to try out their brunch. I think brunch might actually be my favourite meal even over afternoon tea, it's just always such a perfect selection of food.

I went to the second day of the discounted soft launch for lunch with colleagues. Service was friendly, but a little on the slow side, but that's expected during a soft launch. I'm sure that will have been sorted by now.
I thought our food was good and really great value, even at full price. I had the Lobster Fest which is at £20 at full price. A whole boiled lobster, decent fries and dressed salad. The accompanying hollandaise was cold and might not have been homemade, but hey, it was rich and unctuous and tasty so I am not complaining. My dish was a steal, even at full price. Though next time I might try it with the lemon garlic butter instead of hollandaise. The Lobster Fest actually comes with a cocktail but for lunchtime on a workday, they didn't mind replacing the cocktail with a soft drink.
My colleagues both had the Lobster Bake which is £24 at full price. A half lobster, huge langoustine-sized unshelled prawns, mussels, crab claws and new potatoes. One colleague had the garlic white wine cream sauce and the other had the hot and spicy option. I prefered the garlic cream sauce. The hot and spicy was tomato based, and something akin to the sauce for Singapore chilli crab but a little dull and dusty, rather punchy and bright. Neither of my colleagues managed to finish their dishes.
I would be delighted to return and pay full price.
Great location & atmosphere. The staff were so socialable. The food came out so quick. I definitely want to return to try more on the menu .
A great live band as well!
We love this place! We managed to walkin and make a reservation for 30mins later on a busy Saturday night and when we mentioned it was a combined birthday treat for my girls, the staff made us all feel very special indeed with live band birthday chorus the whole restaurant erupted into! Wonderful surprise!
The cocktails and choices were vast unique to match the surf and turf cuisines offer. The sirloin, crab and lobster was all delicious. If I could do it all again, I'd only grimace at the bill unfortunately as this hurt.
Yummy meal at Big Easy!
The food was delicious but messy, they provide good quality wet wipes, but you may want to bring additional. The ribs were juicy and flavoursome and the lobster was sweet. They give you crackers to help crack into your lobster.
Service could had been improved, the waitress was attentive but we weren’t even served water for the table until requested.
My friends and I booked Big Easy on a Thursday night … steak night … steak lobster chips drink £29.50…. 100% yummy food !!!!
Location is quiet difficult to find as it’s hidden away… I parked in Cabot car park which is under ground …. Come up into the shopping centre … 2nd floor and floor the signs Cross rail … when you come out you see BIG EASY directly outside then you have to walk round and go up 2 sets of escalators…. There is a lovely view outside …
Once you go outside there is no handle to pull when you’re trying to get back in
There was a live band playing which was quiet fancy …. Generally we had such a great evening

Amazing place to experience. Very busy but fun vibe. The cocktails were amazing, and the food was so good and very big. I requested a box to take food home, as did my husband. The waiters were very friendly, and the service was prompt. Overall, it was a great place to dine, I'd definitely come again.
It’s fine. Visited for the second time yesterday. The main negative is that during ‘happy hour’ you have to go to the bar for drinks on offer, even if you’re eating at the time. If you’re going to offer a deal, don’t punish your customer for it by making them go to the bar in an empty restaurant whilst staff stand around and watch you!
Food is mostly great, cornbread was dry. Brisket is amazing.
Staff are friendly but they do all tend to stand in a big group and watch you when the venue is quiet. Off putting! I’d go back probably. Not cheap.

This restaurant definitely caters for large groups if you needed. B.Q-inspired home cooking, fresh East Coast lobster and live music as our original restaurant, but with a lot more room for celebrating. An easy-going local favourite, bringing the American Gulf coast to one of London's most famous locations in the heart of the theatre district.
The food is always good here! We went for a colleagues birthday meal and everyone had the meat dishes although this time I tried the vegan burger with vegan bacon and cheese and wow since when did eating vegan food become so delicious?! If you want to cut back on meat but want that meaty taste, this is the place to go. They didn’t have many vegan options but this burger, I was super impressed with. The service could do better but this deserves 5 star simply for the food. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Great quality!
Went on a Wednesday night and it was busy as expected. Really great food with a vibrant atmosphere plus nice live music. The only issue was the service, the waiter was really nice but our order was incomplete and they didn’t bring the food my friend ordered. It also didn’t help that it was really hard to get their attention.
Asides that it was a really good night with great food.
Very nice and super spacious place. You can buy here like I did , half pint 🍺 to try some options. It’s not a cheap place however the atmosphere is brilliant 🤩 Totally worth going to if you are in the area. Really good for group meetings. When it comes to alcohol 🍺 menu is wide.
Me and a group of friends visited the Canary Wharf branch of Big Easy recently, and the food was great. They cater well for large groups, and also for allergies or dietary requirements. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. I was able to get a copy of the allergen matrix before we booked. They also serve a range of delicious cocktails. I’d recommend the lobster, and the chicken wings - the portion sizes were decent.
Really great food and great views of the surrounding buildings & dock lands. A lot of space inside and great food too (especially the lunch menu for £10 between 12-3pm). Left 3 stars for service as if booked a table in advance and 3 people in front of me had no booking. They were given a balcony table which was my preference, so I had to wait for 10 minutes at the bar despite booking a time.
A Sunday lunch visit to a new venue for us. The service was attentive without being too much. Food and drinks arrived in time and hot. Everybody enjoyed their food with a real mix of dishes ordered. Everything arrived tasty and well presented. Dishes were decently generous in size overall so be careful how much you order. I was bad and had the sampler with pulled pork (pungent and a little spicy) ribs (only 1 but very tasty and tender) chicken (a quarter of a chicken, very moist and tasty) and I added the brisket as I wanted to try it. A very slim slice, not that great tbvh compared to the other meats. The corn bread and beans were also excellent but the coleslaw was just like I can buy in a supermarket so disappointing. Overall a big thumbs up and I want to go back to try the baby back ribs which looked fantastic.
My hubby took me out for date night here. We had a lovely time. The food was plentiful and very tasty 😋

Grate place … Nice steak and lobster deal. For 35£ You can get 1/2 lobster - 1 steak - 1/2 bottle of wine !!! I don’t see those price in London any where else

Great spot for a bottomless weekend brunch. We had the unlimited BBQ which we barely got through the first serving it was so massive. Overall the food was good, and the unlimited beer, wine, prosecco and frozen mojito is an added bonus. We had a great waiter as well who made sure we were well looked after.
I had a great experience with our server, Nicole. The food came out so quickly and it tasted delicious; she was on point table service. I will definitely recommend and cone again! Thanks Nicole!
