Eggs Benedict Cafe - London - Photo album

Visited this place after reading reviews on Google and was pleasantly surprised to see the cakes they have. They keep rotating the flavours on display - red velvet, chocolate Bailey's (my favourite), avocado, blueberry, cheesecakes and others. The cakes are moist, fresh, decently priced and you get
Now called Gusto Cafe Fresh orange juice, eggs and bacon cooked to perfection, tea as I like it ( my childhood was in Sri Lanka, then Ceylon) cakes to rival Paul's. in the window. If this cafe is not already in the good food guide then there is no justification. Intimate, cosy offering a warm welco
In here now enjoying eggs benedict royale, with smoked salmon, for breakfast. Small cafe, pleasant, clean interior. Waitresses friendly. Recommend.
Great eggs dishes. The Egg Royale and the Country Benedict were fantastic. Great Americano as well.
Great for brunch. The burgers are great! They are proper thick home made patties on good quality buns. Staff are always friendly and efficient. They make an amazing lemon meringue cake! I have have ordered an entire lemon meringue cake for a birthday party and it was a very reasonable price.
Friendly informal dining popular with the locals who often come in for business meetings. Don’t be fooled by the name. They have fabulous cakes and coffee and the breakfast is brilliant. Vegetarian options are just as good as the regular breakfast and everything tasted so fresh and well cooked. Well
My favourite little cafe with literally the BEST Red Velvet ever. I have been here with family & friends many times - and it's always been a treat. Such lovely staff - the owner is a joy and just the best cakes ever. I always request for a little variation in my eggs Benedict also and the staff alwa
Had breakfast here twice and both times it was amazing! As I live just across the road I have an opportunity to have their cakes almost every day, I certainly tried 90% of their variety and I must say those are ABSOLUTELY DIVINE and out of this world! Despite every cake being different, I cannot fau
Think I go in here a bit too much but it's never disappointing and the staff are so cute. If you've got a big party though book ahead as this place is dinky and gets packed really quickly! For the quality of food and drink the prices are decent. Lovely little find in South Wimbledon.
The cakes!! The Country Benedict.. The fresh pressed apple juice.. This is my favorite breakfast spot in south London by a long shot!! So nice and worth the price. The cakes change up every week as well so there's always something new to try!! What are you waiting for?!
My wife and I have been going there since it first opened and has always been satisfied. The cakes there are the best we've had and there are a variety of them. The staff as well are very friendly and helpful. There eggs benedict is great as well, with really nice hollandaise sauce.
Very friendly staff and more than reasonable prices in this cafe make it worth the visit. The food itself was good but nothing special, all well cooked and decent portions. Charging £1.50 for a cup of tea using PG Tips was a bit much for my liking, maybe if it was a pot of tea that would be fairer.
Cake is delicious, rather noisy fridge takes a little something from the ambience, but would definitely come back for another slice of cake. Great stop over if you are waiting on your MOT at Kwik Fit.
Ordered the Avo and Pistachio cake for my Daughter’s birthday. This was the second time we got a cake from here and its always great. You need to be very clear on how you want it done and they just take the order over the phone.
This is clearly an excellent adress for a very local breakfast. I ordered the one with scrambled eggs and salmon and it was yummy. My wife chose the Benedict eggs and she appreciated very much. Don't miss this place!
Speciality here is obviously Eggs Benedict and I had the version with bacon on this visit. The poached eggs are just right, looks firm on the outside yet soft whites and yolk as soon as you dig in, the muffin was nicely toasted, hot crispy bacon and a subtle and creamy homemade hollandaise sauce. T
The staff is lovely and the food great. Lovely little place to stroll to on a weekend to have breakfast/lunch/brunch. Plus those cakes are to die for!
