Had an incredible meal. When we saw who backed it we thought we’d give it a try and it didn’t disappoint! The scallops were insanely good; followed by perfectly cooked venison and anglet. The porcini bread sauce also has to be tried. And the sides were also great- only sad we couldn’t try them all.
Food was excellent, including pescatarian options and some amazing sides and starters. Service was really good - Merlin was awesome and had really good recommendations on what to order. Atmosphere a bit lacking as it wasn't very busy and quite quiet, especially for a Friday night - but imagine that
An Amazing Meal. Everything presented was top shelf and meticulously prepared. There is more than enough to fill you and the flavours are incredible. The beef, cooked over an open fire, is juicy and tender and complimented by an amazing selection of wine. No hesitation in recommending Gridiron.
Such an underrated London restaurant. I have eaten here twice now and the food was perfect. Wine list has great entries on it and the service top notch too. A hidden gem.
Excellent meal and service from the staff at the restaurant and starting with champagne. Special mention for Matt and the rest of the team at work in the kitchen. It was an incredible food experience eating at the chef's table.
