Wow what a jem and a most delightful place to eat exquisite first class Libanais food, such pallete satisfying flavours, smells and colors it was a treat for all my senses and my friends and family agreed! Brightly decorated it has the feel of North Africa spot on with some whimsical British feature art. A great menu, prompt and friendly service even at a very busy time the atmosphere was of great joy and of relaxation after a busy day at London's museum's. Affordable and filling I highly recommend and guarantee you wont be disappointed.
Food and service both excellent. Tagine, wine and houmus all delicious and great value for money. Lovely, busy yet comfortable environment which encouraged good conversation. Even the slight mishap we had with the wine glass was swiftly dealt with and replaced with no fuss. Would definitely recommend if anyone is in the area.
\\Had this super delicious Falafel wrap @comptoirlibanais in South Kensington. This place was on my list for a very long time and we finally went there yesterday 👫

We loved the meal but the overall experience was okayish. The tables were crammed together, so much so that my husband had to really struggle to get up 😂 Their seating arrangement could really use a new layout 🤭
* Great Food
* Amazing ambiance/decor
*Smiling staff
Went to London for vacations and just hoped in this Resturant just by chance, but, simple was amazed with the tase and quality of food and amazing service by the staff.
.
This place is just near the London Bridge metro station.

Can go back for this place any time.
Good Food in a lovely setting on Exhibition Road in South Kensington.
The portions are a bit small but the food is good and not very expensive compared to other places.
Recommended if looking for a Lebanese restaurant with a nice outdoor/indoor seating area!
As tourist tried this restaurant as we were staying nearby! And must say I loved it! It was crowded that evening, food was great, the decoration is very colourful. Recommend this restaurant if you are looking for fresh lebanese flavours.
Being tourist in london and walking back from museum saw this place very crowded and walked in to have a tasty Lebanese dish..well, big disappointment...the tables are so small that u cant fit ur bag even...staff are careless and have to be reminded to make ur order...maybe its coz of the crowd..anyway i wasnt satisfied...
Tasty, tasty, tasty - the mezze platters are a real treat. Bursting with flavour, texture, and colour, they're my favourite, with extra labne on the side, and a great meal for one. Honourable mention goes to the mint rose tea, which is delicious both hot and cold.
My Lebanese friend went there for dinner. He ordered the Fattoush and sea bass with rice. The Fattoush lacked the Lebanese sauces and felt like a normal salad than a Fattouch salad. The main dish was AMAZING, taste buds were definitely satisfied! The service was not bad; a bit slow to be honest. It’s a bit over priced so it’s really neither pocket nor student friendly BUT THE SEA BASS WAS WORTH IT!
Conclusion: HIGHLY recommended Lebanese restaurant!
Loved the food here
Ordered and would recommend the following
1. Chicken Kofta
2. Baklava
3. The potatos
4. All the coolers, etc
Do ask the staff for help, and expect to wait
It is not the best gastronomical experience, but it is good for a nice lunch out, especially on a sunny day!
Service is a bit rushed (makes you feel like you have to eat fast instead of enjoying), but other than that food is tasty and it is a good price given the spot.
We stayed outside, checking out the South Kensington scene.
Nice place to be around... I tried couple of things which were very different for me but it was awesome.
Must try is falafal with hummus and chicken kofta... Also Lebanese beer was just too much for... It was overall great experience at this Lebanese joint
What a beautiful restaurant in the heart of London. We visited here after a trip to the nearby museums. The interior decor and the whole vibe is next level. The food is so sososososososo good we cleaned our plates.
They serve Lebanese (like a fusion: Mediterranean + Middle Eastern) cuisine. Trust me if you have not tried, and especially if you like Greek and Turkish food, try Lebanese.
Dining at Comptoir Libanais in South Kensington was an unforgettable sensory adventure. The restaurant's vibrant atmosphere, adorned with colorful lamps and paintings of iconic figures, created a cool and eclectic ambiance. Even the kids were engaged by the intriguing artworks. Despite the bustling crowd, the staff remained friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience.
The true highlight was the food, bursting with fresh, spicy flavors that left a lasting impression. The starters, featuring a delightful platter of olives and flatbread, were a hit, especially with the kids. The main courses were equally delightful; my partner's fish dish topped with pomegranate seeds offered a refreshing and satisfying contrast. I opted for the plate with three types of meat, complemented perfectly by a fresh salad and tantalizing dipping sauce.
The sangria, with its citrus flavor, was a refreshing addition to the meal. The only drawback was the restaurant's popularity, resulting in a bustling crowd. Nevertheless, I'd eagerly revisit on a quieter night to relish the experience even more.
Perfect spot for lunch along the road between the museums and the Tube station. Friendly fast service of mouth watering middle eastern food - spiced lamb kofta has never tasted so good! Skip the chips and take the potatoes for their flavour! Marvellously decorated interior with views put to the busstling street to people watch. Good value. Recommended.
Beautiful atmosphere with fresh food, great flavours and very welcoming staff.
Had a solo breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed
We ordered a mezze platter for one & a couple of other things.
It had good variety of food but we didn’t like the taste a lot.
Service was quick and the vibe of the place was quite cool with well done interiors.
Location of the restaurant is amazing, right in the heart of Kensington.
Food took more than 30 mins to arrive but tasted great. The halloumi wrap was generously filled and the humus was creamy. Funnily enough the best part of the meal was the perfectly crispy chips with garlic sauce.
Food was good with good portion sizes. Service was also ok considering how busy it was.
The tables are veryyyy close together and so makes it quite uncomfortable.
I had the chicken kofta which was nice , not as flavourful as I would’ve expected. I think there are better things on the menu that I could’ve tried.
A nice option for dinner before or after an event at the Royal Albert hall. We got the mixed kebab and meze platter for two. Big portions. Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was ok. Authentic eastern Mediterranean dishes.

Amazing food and drinks. The service was impeccable too. The restaurant is so beautiful, great ambience!! I highly recommend.
Excellent food especially the lentil soup. Packed, so noisy and hard to hear. Service brilliant quick, accurate and polite. Lots of vegetarian dishes. The mint tea excellent and weren't hurried out. Very nearly 5 star all round. Would come back.
