I don't know if it is a British thing but service in this country tends to be pretty poor... Until I came to Bucci. The staff were so friendly and professional, and the food... THE FOOD.
I had a seasonal pasta dish with clams and my partner had a pizza and both were incredible, and very well priced.
Homely Italian place in Balham. Friendly staff. Good pasta. I had the carbonara and my wife had the ragu. Both hit the spot. Ordered a tiramisu to finish it off and it did not disappoint. I have experienced many restaurants in London but I'm afraid none of them compare to Bucci's service, value for money and taste of food! Absolutely incredible and we've been back 3 nights in a row. Highly recommended!!
Really lovely evening. Food was delicious, we had the Bucci speciality pasta and pizza. Did some really good deals on wine/meal combos throughout the week which made it very affordable.
Nice atmosphere and lots of little touches from the staff made it perfect.
Fantastic Italian place. Absolutely amazing service. Food is of a high standard and reasonably priced. Went here for my birthday and they knocked it out of the park (singing happy birthday in Italian is so much fun) - highly recommend this restaurant in Balham!!!
Delicious food, lots of seating, kind staff and nice atmosphere. Our drinks came slightly late and they gave them to us for free, which was very kind. Also the prices are low compared to the high quality food and service. 😀

My favourite local Italian in Balham! Food and service always excellent. The house white wine is crisp and dry, great for a summers evening and scarily drinkable! Never fail to leave fully full and happy. Seafood linguine is a must!

I did not see the itemised bill until we had left and got home. I would have raised issue with £10 for a small portion of plain pasta had I realised.

Love this quaint classic local Italian. Such a simple clean menu all executed brilliantly. Fair pricing and super friendly service. They do a mean birthday celebration too 😉 !! I will keep on coming back for that carbonara 😋
Recently visited Bucci for the first time, fantastic Italian. Lasagne was delicious, a few others had pizzas which were excellent and the desserts were so tasty!!! Would highly recommend thanks to the all round experience. The restaurant had a nice and relaxed atmosphere!
Fantastic local Italian restaurant with delicious food, big portions and lovely service. It is in my opinion the best Italian in Balham. Both times I have been, the staff have been incredibly helpful in offering suggestions on wines and ensuring a good time.
Really fantastic! Have eaten in here before, last year, and we loved it. Used the covid menu this evening with the free Prosecco offer... even more amazing. Great pizzas, delicious cheese cake and free Prosecco!
