Toasted Chicken Club Sandwich (Takeaway): £3.90 | If you go to the University of Westminster and study at the Regent Street campus, this will be very convenient for you. Opposite the university, Little Portland Cafe is literally less than a minute away! This delicious sandwich consisted of toasted bread, chicken, lettuce, mayonnaise, cheese, tomato, cucumber and an unknown jam like spread. It was awesome! The jam like spread actually went so well with the chicken, gave it that flavour the chicken on its own would have lacked. The club sandwich was really big too, definitely worth the price! Also the staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The cafe itself is actually small with limited seating space and during lunchtime is so busy! If you want to eat in, be sure to get there early! FYI- only the chicken is halal! Foodie.007 x

Honestly, I couldn’t be any happier when I went to this place. Little place (a bit busy when we got there) and you know what to expect when you see a lot of people waiting to be seated, it’s gonna be good. And trust me when I said, this is a good place. Very humble, very “honest” and friendly, very good overall. The quality of the food is good, the prices are reasonable as we’re talking about central London. I mean, this is a very good place and you shouldn’t be having breakfast at pret or costa, you should be supporting locals like this one! Highly recommend it.

One of my favourite cafes discovered in London! The service was excellent, staff were so cute and friendly. The food was so delicious, we got breakfast at first but ended up getting lunch to go for our train ride. The location is fantastic because it’s on a no car road so sitting out on the patio was so relaxing. Highly recommend!

Delicious quick brunch at Little Portland Cafe. The food and coffee were both great. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant as well. I’d love to stop by soon!

Amazing English breakfast & the porridge here is a must. Came back twice on holiday because it was that good. Service was excellent too. Can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely wonderful cafe, with lovely fresh food. Went in for brunch, and had the Big Breakfast, but will be returning to try the other delicious food! It was an excellent portion, warm and tasty. Hope to come back soon!

Loved it. Really good value, good quality full English breakfast with black pudding. Mrs had a more refined bagel with salmon and scrambled eggs. Truly lovely.

Charming breakfast and lunch café in a quiet alley. It has a lot of character, great sandwiches and one of the best full English breakfasts you can get in town. They have a lot of regular customers which says a lot. The staff are friendly , service is great, as is the food. Perfect, especially if you'd like to avoid the more touristy places.

Not been here for years, worked round the corner around 2008/9 for a few months, still the sand owners. Great to see them still going, back street secrets of London
