Great food as usual. Wife is gluten free plus many food allergies but always something to eat!! Happy staff. All round 5*
The staff were so helpful and friendly. Perfect service. Great place to eat. Always delicious food!
Try the teryarki donburi its absolutely gobsmackingly delicious.
Its a chicken brisket served with rice and finely sliced salads cooked in reyarki sauce. The chicken was tender and shreds easily.
Recommended is the green tea, which is not only complimentary but also a must try at any outlets.
I love the food ,
Gyoza was beautifully crafted with bursting flavours
Had a glass of red wine n that was a very tempting dinner .
Loved the overall experience
The fast service of this place is commendable. Kudos to managing the crowd on Friday afternoon.
Serves good portions in their orders. Keeps variety in Asian beers.
Great experience ! Loved the food ! We tried the ramen , kids meal ...oustsnding portion size and wide number of options to choose from! Great selection of beer :) average service
We ordered the chilli squid which came with a spicy sweet sauce, the squid itself wasn't spicy at all but was nice; crunchy and flavourful. I ordered the Firecracker curry with chicken, and although I told them I can handle as much spice as they have in their kitchen, the curry was not spicy or saucy at all but still delicious. My friend ordered the chicken and prawn Pad Thai which was just okay, it was still a good meal and we were done in just under £35; they also serve complimentary tea which is great.
My first outing in a restaurant in London!
Special occasion as it is and I was so damn hungry. They served me well. Quick, sorted, and good food.
Considering the location and on a weekend, it had to be crowded, but the service was surprisingly fast. Good place.
Is a reliable choice for a casual dining experience. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff is generally friendly. Service can be quick during off-peak hours but may slow down during busy times. The Japanese-inspired dishes, like their ramen, are flavorful and satisfying. It's a decent spot for a convenient meal in the Victoria area.
Very impressed by the fast and efficient service. It was extremely busy on a Saturday evening, yet the staff still managed to seat us quickly, and took our orders promptly. Didn't have to wait long for the food but note the meals can come out at different times as the server mentioned. You can pay the bill by scanning the QR code on the table. They also accept cash.
Ordered the chicken donburi and grilled duck donburi which were both tasty. I appreciated that the meals were not that oily.
Amazing service. Many ways for dietary requirements and changing spice levels in meals. The atmosphere was good and waiting was 15 mins for inside and instantly for outside and the outside had good quality heaters and a beautiful view!
An Asian restaurant.
Delicious dishes with options for vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free.
Fast service, and considerate staff.
The seating in the restaurant is partly around communal tables and on benches. The atmosphere is informal.
The ramen and other foods are non spicy so if you are a spice lover then its a no go place for you. But if you like mild to moderate spice then you may have a taste. The atmosphere was really good as well as the services.
The service here is usually pretty good and food can be quick along with drinks first.
The acoustics of the construction make this place extremely loud when full and it can be quite overwhelming to just have a simple conversation. I would not recommend this to anyone who has sensitivity to sound.
The food is tasty and the staff lovely. The bathrooms are also clean, but it would be great if there was just 1 extra men’s cubical for the size of restaurant.
If it’s nice out or not too cold, they have plenty of outdoor space which is lovely too!
Was packed on a Thursday evening. Three of us stood in queue to get in. About 10-15 min wait got a nice spot. Was easy to order and pay. Was very loud in the restaurant. Friendly staff. Prices ok. Mind you, service charge is calculated in the receipt! 12.5%. In Switzerland we decide how much we want to pay as a tip. So don’t have to pay on top of the bill.
Excellent Customer Service. I enjoyed my meal as well. It was recommended by the waiter and had the right of spice I wanted.
Not bad but also not too good. Compared to the ramen I’ve had in other countries and other cities, this was just meh. Presentation is great, but the flavor profile is mediocre for the price. Passable if looking for a meal, and it could be a nice location for gatherings with friends - but too noisy and too packed for intimate conversations.
Vegan Review
Wagamama have a great product which is perfectly consistent no matter where you go in the UK.
A light lunch in Wagamama’s Cardinal Place while working felt like the right place to eat. The music inside was too noisy to take a call and certainly not a video conference. But outside on a quiet table to one side, I had good WiFI from Wagamama and was able to make my calls.
With them out of the way lunch was a no duck donburi with a high five drink.
No duck donburi - it was exactly what they said it would be and looked the same as the menu too. The shredded seitan and shiitake mushrooms in a cherry hoisin sauce would have meat eaters second guessing if it was real duck or not. I loved it. The brown rice was nutty, the edamame beans had a bite, the kimchi, shredded cucumber, spring onion, gaz oakley had a refreshing and light flavour to the meal. The egg wasn’t a great addition (having had Yo Egg). The white coconut was too cold for the meal and the sriracha yolk didn’t pack enough flavour. The garnish of fresh coriander leaves and sesame seeds certainly made up for the egg and left a nice lingering taste in my mouth.
The High Five - a refreshing blend of melon, pineapple, lemon, apple and orange took the edge of the hot sunshine.
Would I go back - oh yes
Would I recommend - yes
