Riding House Fitzrovia

Riding House is by far my new favourite bar in London. Great atmosphere, very polite and helpful staff, a great range of drinks and plenty of space. Unlike most, less successful, London bars, Riding House allowed us in graciously without a booking and politely moved us to alternative seating when others, with bookings, arrived. First-class hospitality, decor and customer service!

We come here every Christmas and we love it but tonight it just didn’t hit the spot. The staff were lovely but the atmosphere was lacking something and the food was a bit average. One of our dishes was cold and on the table next to us two of the plates came out half an hour after the others. Maybe the focus is more on making it a drinking spot than a place for a special evening meal. There was a great drinking buzz in the heated garden for sure!

An mazing place to go and have a few evening cocktails and a light bite to eat. The bistro menu with a few interesting twists offers something different form your usual "bar food", but includes staples like a burger and mac n cheese. Wines by the glass, carafe, half or bottle are all amazing and very well selected to pair with food - there is also a wine flight offering to add to your meal. There's an amazing atmosphere in here, even during these strange times with new rules and guidelines. The table are well spaced enough as it is that it offers a very comfortable dining experience.

I absolutely loved it!!! I loved the food and I was impressed by the design of the place. I was not impressed by the staff but I will not leave that to have an impact on my review because I understand they are only humans and they might have just been too tired because the place was super busy. So regarding this I recommend you to book a table especially if you plan to go there for brunch. Enjoy it!!
