The friendly cocktail waiters are all dressed in white lab coats and even have a lab in which they create their own amazing cocktails. The curious can peek through the huge glass window and watch them at their craft. Always something new to try, always innovative, and most importantly delicious! Visit now before word gets out!

Popped into the hotel bar for a late afternoon drink with friends and ended up being a very late afternoon and equally late evening! Beautifully presented, amazing selection of drinks and also tasty bar snacks. The staff were extremely helpful and attended to our every need, despite us pestering them to explain how each cocktail was created! I even took home my very own uniquely personalised Martini certificate.
