The service was slow during the our experience, I can understand it but our drinks got hot unfortunately.
Smash burger was tasty but, we didn’t like to special burger of the month.
Rosemary fries were good but only big ones, all others had fatty and crunchy because of oil.

Lovely quaint place. I enjoyed trying the Mexican lager which was smooth and light. The burgers are tasty; I opted for “well done”. The fries are the best I’ve ever had; rosemary salted. Fair prices. Eager to go back soon! I’m glad I’ve discovered this establishment.
Quick and friendly service. I think the gluten-free bun may have changed recently. It's now quite stodgy, which is a shame.
Can be pretty noisy, particularly if there's anyone loud nearby...
Good option for pre-theatre, although it was quite busy around 6.30

Great place, I went as first time because of their dynamic of Free Smashed Burgers and the burguer was great, I saw their prices and I believe they are fair and the ambience and the service overall was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing food for a reasonable price. The wings were excellent and all our of food arrived so quickly! There was mayonnaise and ketchup on our table, and there are even plug sockets for your phone as well!
I didn’t love the burger and left quite a lot of it, but the manager(?) or someone offered to give me 50%. I thought this was really kind - he also asked me what was wrong, how they could improve etc. Good customer service.

Honestly, it was hands down the best burger I've had. On top of that, all of the patties are gluten free and the gluten free buns they have are delicious.
Very good throughout including accommodating an off menu request. Prices are reasonable for central London. Burger was delish...
This is our first time sitting down at an Honest Burger. The seats were a little old and stained.
The service was OK, the waiter really just served us and that's about what we can expect. The burgers were good as always, with gluten free options. However the chips were a little hard and over cooked

Love honest burgers however their chips are not real chips.. they are hard and more like fries. We are here on Saturday after Message In a Bottle… had to send goid back as ‘Chips’ .. so they call them were cold, I think they just threw a few hot ones on top, disappointed! 🤨 probably won’t be back
Great burger. Went last week or so and had the special truffle chicken burger which was great. I dont know if he was the manager or something but the guy who surved us was a really cool, smiley guy who was always busying himself tidying, serving or greeting the ubereats guy with a big whats upp. The
Although it was incredibly busy on a Wednesday at lunch time, we had to wait for max 5 minutes to be seated.
Our food came out quickly too, and it was delicious!
Due to the amount of people, it was loud so conversation was tricky sometimes.
Overall, I would recommend and I will certainly be back.

Two days ago, we went there for a quick lunch. Everyone was super friendly. The manager Mahony was very kind, and the food was great. I am happy that we chose to eat in there!
The food was amazing and the service was quick and friendly.
We usually eat in Oxford so were amazed at the low prices here, it’s unusual to see burger and fries included in the price.
If you’re near and honest burger pay them a visit you won’t be disappointed
