Always great!. Just had another fab supper tonight! Staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Pizzas are huge and fab, best in the area but so is the other food. Specials are equally as good, and if you are a regular, it means that there is always something new to choose from. A great local, but worth travelling to for great food at a reasonable price, for those sick of High St chains.
My partner and I absolutely love this place, because the food is always excellent (even though we can't bring ourselves to order anything else but the pizzas) and the staff are delightful.
The week day deals are very good value and the pizzas are gigantic... I don't believe that anyone could ever eat the large pizza.
If you've never been here, try the large pizza!! It's an absolute beast!
We always go to Al Forno in Putney and we absolutely love it.
The prices are more than reasonable so you don´t have to wait for the weekend to go out for dinner but could go any day during the week as it probably costs less than cooking at home.
We are both italian and think the pizza is absolutely amazing and proper italian Pizza - FORGET all those commercial chains like Pizza Express.
Here you have an absolutley great independent restaurant and authentic italian food.
The staff and owner are all young and friendly and the atmosphere is really warm and fun.
If you are lucky you might get to dance with the owner himself - specially on weekends - a must and something you can't miss out.
And if it is your Birthdays - well then you will get the attention of the whole restaurant and the staff will come with bells and whistles to sing at your table - be prepared it really is fun.
I guess you now know that we love that restaurant :) so I absolutely recommend!!
A great local gem in West Putney. The food is great and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is always excellent and the staff is really good. It has a lot of classic Italian music playing in the background. We had an amazing birthday dinner with our friends. We come here often and we recommend it to everyone.
Absolutely fantastic. The quality of the Sicilian pizza is superb, the Sicilian antipasti were fresh, fragrant, the house wine matched perfectly. On top of that the service was excellent. It definitely feels like a piece of Sicily.

I had an amazing experience in this restaurant with my friends. The customer service was outstanding, and the food was exactly what we were looking for. We were so pleased with the service we received from Antonio, he went above and made our night. If you’re craving a good pasta this is the place you should go for. Highly recommend.
Al Forno has the best tastes in food. I highly recommend a pasta with sea food- really delicious.
Ate at this place for the first time and the STAFF and OWNER were absolutely lovely when it comes to customer service. They made us feel like we were celebrities! The wine and food was sooooo good. Will definitely be heading back !!

Great little Italian spot. We went for the Tuesday deal of £10 for pizza/pasta and a drink. Amazing value. We got the Carbonara which is 10/10. We also got the vegetarian Penne. This was a bit bland but still nice.

Tasty, authentic Italian pizzas prepared in a wood oven in traditional way from quality ingredients for better taste. The prices are moderate, not too low but not too high.
Small parking spaces available in front of the restaurant but be aware that at the peak time and weekends can be packed.
Overall good experience and can just recommend the place.
I came from Crawley with my boyfriend to eat at this restaurant. It's an hour drive away but its worth every mile on the road.True Italian style pizza, freshness and quality are just an add on to how well I felt at this place with their friendly and welcoming staff.
