The food was lovely, would definitely recommend the shredded chili beef
Cracking food, tasty and well presented. Can particularly recommend the chicken katsu curry, it's awesome!!!
Yet again another great meal. No Sam but Saul stepped in and all was good!
Convinced this is the best Asian food in NW London! Often times I either have to choose Japanese if I want dumplings or Chinese if I want Chinese food but The Dumpling House offers all of it! We went for the first time based on the high quality google reviews and we weren’t disappointed! The dumplings were perfectly flavoured and crispy! We had their famous beef dish (no. 50) and the Korean chicken, everything was 10/10. The owner/chef also comes out from time to time to chat to her regulars and to see how you enjoyed your meal, she went on to say how she folds 500 dumplings in the morning! I can see why as they’re so delicious! After our first visit this has easily become our favourite Asian food place and we can’t wait to return and try out more items on the menu!
Wow, what a great find this restaurant was! The dumplings are homemade and out of this world!
Upon entering, I was greeted by friendly staff and made me feel very welcome. The food was delicious and too good to share!
I recommend the prawn dumplings.
Delicious. I started coming here years ago and have loved revisiting & coming often. Excellent food, very good service, affordable prices. A gem for the area
Have meant to try this place forever and finally did. Freezing cold in London today but the amazing food worked perfectly to counteract the cold. Beautiful broth and dumplings. Everything homemade. A true gem.

Our office DOR Architects is a few minutes away and we love the concept of making the dumplings at the front window that the Dumpling House does. It celebrates the Dumpling, it respects the chef and it brings one into the story and (maybe more importantly) into the restaurant. What a great idea, if everyone was this creative...
Really warm and friendly restaurant. I confirm that the dumplings are excellent, although they are slightly on the small side. I was also really pleased with the Kimchi Fried rice! The owner (Jin?) is apparently Korean, so that makes sense of these dishes. We also ordered some Chicken Teriyaki—which although satisfactory—was not on the same level as the dumplings. I would definitely return to this spot and focus entirely on the dumplings next time—especially since the prices are quite reasonable.
We love Jin and her wonderful dumplings and soldier soup … the best we have ever had and the welcome and warm chats are always entertaining… our favourite local!!
Been meaning to try this place out for ages! Cute little place, great food! Will be back
Its called the dumpling house for a reason! They are amazing!! I visited London back in January 2023, this was my favorite place to go. The staff are lovely and the owner is so passionate and kind. It felt like we were eating in someone's home and I cannot say enough good things about this place
This is a small Chinese/Oriental place. They serve awesome homemade food. Reasonably priced for this part of London. Very friendly staff. Portion sizes are good.
Good place for a quick meal. I had to wait about 15-20 min for my order which probably means that the food is prepared at the time of order not pre cooked. It was a new thing for me as i haven't tried similar food before, so i cannot compare it to other places. In general it was good. There is a bit of space for improvement though. Good luck!
this was a wonderful, cheap and tasty place. This is also near my house and has lots of things on the menu. The kind lady is really nice i i hope for all you out there to also have a good meal here.
Truly recommend
The best dumplings I've ever had. Staff friendly and efficient.
This restaurant is an interesting low-profile fusion of Korean, Japanese and Chinese cuisines.
We've had the loveliest late lunch there. The dishes are simple but very good.
The first special thing about this place was seeing the owner making all the dumplings herself at the window.
After coming in we discovered that she was also cooking as well as serving completely on her own. That didn't slow her down and she kept the tasty dishes coming. After a while her lovely husband arrived and started helping with taking orders. There aren't many places like that in London - run by a husband and wife with everything truly home-made. That made the experience special. However if you want a fancy night out this is probably not your place.
The Dumpling House is a small yet busy restaurant, because of how amazing the food is. Authentic Korean cuisine, cooked by a wonderful chef that really enjoys caring for her customers.
Warm vibrant and authentic. Everything about this place is amazing. The food, price, the mood and the presence of Jin herself. Highly recommend.
