Be our guest, so good. Service and food plus the harpist. Only issues were meeting at the far end of the dining area that had nothing to do with this experience. It was loud. Nobody was at the reception desk to meet us and another party, and we had a laugh knocking on doors until we found someone. It was still well worth it, and thanks to all the people at the hotel who made it special
My partner and I brought our daughter here to celebrate her birthday. We had the beauty and the beast themed afternoon tea. The sandwiches were lovely, and so were the desserts. The harpist played beautifully. I spent £200 for the 3 of us, though, so it isn't the cheapest. I did kind of expect them to make a little effort to present my daughter with a dessert, wishing her a happy birthday as I stated we were coming to celebrate her birthday prior to arriving, as this was the case when we visited the Ivy in Chelsea, but nothing. The harpist did play happy birthday, but we were not sure it was for us as other guests may have been celebrating their birthday too. We didn't receive the lychee sorbet at the end either, but our hostess was lovely
Beauty and the Beast afternoon tea was phenomenal! The table was laid out beautifully, with little replicas and cups from the film, and the harpist was incredible - my compliments to her!!
