This kebab House has been around for many years and I visit once every 5 years, the quality and taste has remained consistent! The takeaway hasnt changed much either. A few High seats in the back and 2 or 3 tablets to sit on ourside. I ordered 2 lamb kababs and 2 cokes. Total came to £15. Cash only! The kabab is very juicy and well made, loads of sauce. Good size. Filling. Plenty of salad. The pitta is crispy - I think they must put it in a panini press. I would defo recommended if you are visiting the area.

Location is perfect, just steps away from either Queensway or Bayswater tube stations.
Very limited sitting ins so it is more ideal for grab & eat.
Can't say much about the price, it is London & it is Bayswater.
I have eaten the shawarma chicken & muttons many times and both area equally good, juicy meat & chicken, generous sauce & salads. Queue can be long.
There seems to be many attendants young & old and a few didn't amuse me. But overall the food is good and the service is fast and the place is generally clean. One small shawarma is £5.00 & big is £6.00. Portion is adequate.

I first visited this kebab shop with my girlfriend in March ‘22. Had a thousand too many drinks and choked the kebab down at 1am. It was fantastic. The best ever. It bugged us for a year, wondering if we were drunk, or it really was the best. A whole year later we went back to London for a gig and made the journey to try it again. Can confirm Taza does the best Chicken Shawarma ever. Only a fiver too. Photo doesn’t do it justice.

Taza is special. The meat is proper juicy & tender, not like the typical thinly shaved 'layers'. A surreal experience to the tastebuds since my last time having their lamb shawarma from 2011.
REMEMBER TO BRING CASH!

The best Kebab Restaurant in London. My favorite is the kebab with rice, either chicken or lamb. Both are cooked nicely, tender and the meat is juicy. Prices are very reasonable and cheap in this area. Tables and seating are very limited as they focus on taking home.

Very decent kebabs with great tehini (the lamb was a bit chewy however, we prefered falafel and kicken kebabs). The staff is extremely quick as well. Downsides: not many menu options, no fries, and seating is limited. You also have to prepare cash as the restaurant does not accept cards
WalkingWithKez
Great mixed kebab sandwich, and the staff were really friendly. Great people watching chairs outside

Not much seats inside. Cash only.
Very good food, I ordered chicken shawarma and adding all the toppings. Great taste, and you can even add on your own choices.

Shawarma place of the the town. I am sure you are looking for one that’s why you are reading this. Well don’t look anywhere else in london. This is something different than a regular shawarma, I think it’s the composition of meat and fat and to top that his own homemade sauces are brilliant. If you don’t even eat spicy ask for spicy sauce. It’s not that spicy but flavour it adds to the sandwich is insane. I prefer chicken as it is more tasty with the sauces. Beef and lamb is good too and if you like a bit of fat in the meat then do try beef & lamb. It is also cheapest in price in town. True mouth watering joy👍

Delicious halal food. Long que as does not accommodate more than 2 ppl at a time.

Love authentic Levant shawarma.
It's hard to find true shawarma in the states (health departments) they mainly just use the processed blocks of pre-pressed gyro meat on a spit.
True Shawarma is made by alternately stacking strips of fat and pieces of seasoned meat on a vertical spit.
Amazing large Lamb shawarma for £5 ($6.50 US). The garlic sauce is fire, the spicy red is a must. Plus choice of veggies on the shawarma or on the side.
A great vegan option is the Eggplant, Falafel and hummus wrap, with veggies toppings.

Always the same just if some thing is change that is the few new faces .
I start coming at this place form 2011 as I was working in princess square . Few blocks away . And it was the best halal option near by . Friendly people good price best quality . I visited recently with my children and had the shawarma .
A young boy Mustafah and other gentleman i forget the name . Both was very friendly and give us the best shawarma . We will return again soon . Highly recommended.

Not the best looking kebab shops and not exactly somewhere you’d sit and dine but honestly their kebab wraps are to die for! I always get them on the go.. the lamb the chicken and the falafel wraps are all really good but my favourites the lamb shawarma with everything included in the sandwhich. It will definitely satisfy you after a long day or when you’re seriously hungry!

The food just reasonable, although the pita bread was hard and chewy
The portions are good
The staff is unhygienic in the sense they coughed and continued to handle food without gloves
No separation of veg and non veg dishes.
Well use of gloves is not a problem I guess
I must say the staff is rude!
Biren Misra
Worth a visit.. the chicken or lamb shawarmas are tasty and economical.. though portion has significantly reduced in a years time but its tasty..

Scope of improvement- please increase the size of fillings..

12 years in London and I have NEVER been able to sit down .
Always took my shawarma and eat under my favorite tree at the park !
The portion is really generous , either chicken, lamb or mixed and there is also two veg options of falafel and hummus. Then all served with salad topping , sauces and chili .
Extra salad is free.
I wish they could enlarge it and make a proper inside seating area instead of those hideout high bar stools where children and people of an age can't sit .
Aishwarya Kantawala
The food didn't seem to fresh
Everyone was in such a hurry that my order wasn't payed attention to
The shawarma wasn't authentic, it was like a dry bread salad I hope they improve it

They used to be really good and tasty kebabs. Now the quality has dropped significantly. Staff are quite aggressive and rude. Even if they tear the pitta bread don't expect for it to be replaced. This place doesn't accept card. Strictly cash only. I. An only say once upon a time it probably was London's best kebab place. Now not so. On a good note the prices have pretty much stayed stable over the years
Ron Dark
The kebabs here are tasty. I do drop by now and again and i'd say that it's the quality of the lamb. It's just a simple kebab shop, so it's better if you park around the corner and do a take away. In that respect they are fast.

If you like to find cockroach in your bread when you eat your kebab, go to this place!!! We went with my wife as we read good reviews about the place but our discovery was disgusting. When I showed to the manager the dead cockroaches with the kebab meat inside the bread, he tried to hide it and keep very quiet. He didn't even apologise or explain himself. It's shocking to see the hygiene of these places. Stay away of this place if you want to stay healthy...

Staffs has no knowledge about health and safety / Food Hygiene

the Guy making the sandwiches he was scratching his nose when i enter the shop, than turn back and ask me YES PLEASE.

I order one falafel and one shawrma

He start making the sandwich without washing his hand,

And when I advice him to wash his hand first, get angry and start to be Rude n Abusive

The manager was standing next to the staff and asks me to leave the shop because I'm getting him nervous

They was absolutely

“ABUSIVE RUDE behaviour, terrible service with a bad attitude!” both are Arabic speaking wearing Red T-shirt TAZA

These guys toast the bread first, and fill it with a very simple tomato and lettuce salad, chilli sauce, pickles and these falafels which are really some kind of magic! They’re soft, aromatic and herby all at the same time and covered in garlic sauce. There’s even a counter bar opposite the counter where you can add salad veges, chillis, peppers and sauce to your heart’s content.

I had a wonderful time here. The food was excellent, especially the kebabs which were coked to perfection. The service is pretty quick and efficient. The ambience is also quite lovely. I would love to visit this place once more and would recommend it too.

I have been a regular at this place and have enjoyed my food each time. Though this place is quite cramped, thus there is outside garden to have food. The food is excellent, especially the shawarma which is cooked to perfection. The service is pretty quick and efficient. I would suggest others who haven't tried this place yet to go for it.

I had quite a decent experience here. The food was excellent and was cooked to perfection. The service is pretty quick and efficient, though not that much friendly but anyhow. The ambience is fine and more like a fast food joint. Do visit this awesome kebab-house!

I was quite impressed with this place. The food is quite healthy and delicious and I loved each dish that I had ordered. The drinks are also pretty good. The service is pretty quick and efficient with the staff being quite warm and friendly. I'd certainly like to visit this place again.

I recently tried this place and had a great time here. The food was excellent, especially the shavarmas which were cooked to perfection. The service was pretty quick and efficient with the crowd being quite warm and friendly.

Delicious food, extremely flavorsome, very well cooked, filling and on top of it such amazingly pocket friendly pricing! If you have a late night craving for a quick and satiating bite, this is a one stop place for all your hunger needs. The seating is not very spacious but food does all the talking!

I was not very confident of what I should be expecting from this place, and just imitated the person who was in line ahead of me. It looked remotely like a panini, but had just a few pieces of meat in it. But appearances are deceptive. The sauces were truly delicious and the accompanying salad was very crunchy and nice. The best part is how cheap it was.
Finlay Freeman
Despite of the way the restaurant looks the kebabs here are a thing to definitely try. The serving portions are quite generous. The texture as well as the flavor are sublime. The place is always packed with long ques which seems to be worth it and to go through the ordeal just in order to try the kebabs.

The concept, service, menu and dishes, there is nothing this place does not have to offer. By far the best Shawarma dishes we have had in the city. This place is well deserving of the legendary status and reputation. on another upside, the pricing is so delighting you will be nothing but content post visiting this place!
Alexander Spencer
This was my first and definitely the last experience of this absolutely horrendous and nightmarish place. This restaurant has really bad customer service. The server who served to me kept on grunting at us, instead of forming understandable sentences. All the sauces were piled on to my dish without asking. This place might be cheap, but it is certainly a bad investment.

If what you are looking for is a quick respite of tasty and affordable Middle Eastern food served very quickly, then this is the place you should be. This restaurant has a very casual setting, and not the formalities of a regular restaurant. On their menu, they have chicken, kebabs, shawarmas, salads and a lot of other tasty delights. The condiments accompany the dishes to put as per taste. However, you may have to stand and eat here.

This is one place where you will happily wait in the queue and it will be worth it! It is a one stop shop for all the street food cravings and tasty snacks. The kebabs here are so consistent and highlight of the place ! The place is not very large in area but is accommodating enough! food does the talking here!

Before visiting this restaurant i had decided to read a few reviews about it. I didn't get a clear perspective as to how the place really is as some suggested that it was good while others suggested to avoid the place as the staff there is rude. However, I and my partner decided to give it a try and came to the conclusion of never visiting the place again.

I came to this city to take a language course, and I came to this tour on the recommendation of a friend. I was accompanied by my partner, and we both had a really nice time. My friend said that these were the best kebabs he had tasted, and this fact was corroborated when we came to this place. The setting and service are not the best, but they were nice overall, and the kebabs were stupendous.

The most delighting combination is delicious food and pocket friendly prices. been visiting this place since years, the place has such a nostalgic value for us. Their kebabs were always the highlight and still are as fabulous as ever. The place is small in area but is very welcoming and has its own charm!

This tiny kebab place may be overlooked by many people walking by but it's a little hidden gem! Taza serve the most delicious kebabs and wraps in the area, with large portion sizes! The queue for this place is always long which can get annoying at times as it gets so tight inside the tiny shop - however the staff work very quickly to ensure customers aren't waiting too long. I would definitely recommend coming here for a bite, their meat is fantastic.

One of the best lebanese food i had. Lamb was wow. They have such a long line on eating times. Delicious fare. Economical too. Must go for everyone. Good portions. Mainly for takeouts but has a small seating area at the back and couple of tables up front also.

I lived in London for a while and Taza Kebab by far had the best kebab i have ever had! Not just in London. We would travel there especially even when we moved out of Bayswater. Do yourself a favour!!!
