Frankie & Benny's

Waitress was nice and helpful, food was great, loved especially the vegan cheesecake. Nice place to chill, comfortable seats and quiet place. Loved the Veganuary menu and would come back! What I disliked was the fact that we could hear the chefs swear and complain loudly in the kitchen. Also, they did not know we are portuguese and were talking about us, saying in portuguese that we "think that we will lose weight eating vegan..." That observation made me feel weird and uncomfortable, staff members should have a little more respect towards their customers... Other than that was fine, would love to come back for the delicious, flavourful food.

I had lunch on the 8th of December, Sunday. I was welcomed by a lovely waitress who carefully asked us if we had any allergies and sat us down with a smile. She took our order and brought our drinks while we wait. She make sure everything was okay and if we were comfortable. I'll definitely come back and my 'Thanks' to Janet who made our experience better than ever.

Really an amazing place to eat in. Great food and wonderful staff. Houssam was so amazing, he was friendly and polite since I came in and suggested for me the NoCheese Cake. since I was vegan and it turned out to he the best cake I've ever had in my life. Food was out quickly and to a very good standard.

Frankie & Benny’s in the station is our local, we have been coming here once a week for over 3 years now. The staff are lovely some have known us for years and treat us like family. The have a fantastic children’s menu which my daughter loves. The food is good and service is always really quick. I highly recommend Frankie & Benny’s whether it’s a quick stop off between journeys or you’re looking from a family friendly restaurant.

We were seated immediately, waiters were very friendly and helpful. Because we went for breakfast there was no set gluten free menu (I'm coeliac) so I ordered a few sides together. This ended up being on the house as there was a little confusion among staff about if they had any gluten free bread or not, which in the end they did. Food was great. I'd go again, was just what we needed after our 12 hour coach journey from Amsterdam! Much better than expected as the one in our home town of Rugby is nowhere near as good.

Friendly service, decent food. They have a bizarrely wide variety of menu items, which should provide something for just about any taste as long as you aren't expecting gourmet. We ended up here because it was a Sunday night and we had struck out at two local pubs (one ran out of fish and chips and the other seated is then told us the kitchen was closed (at 20:45 when the pub didn't close until 22:30!)). Located upstairs in the Victoria train station, it doesn't FEEL like a train station restaurant; feels like a typical standalone chain location.
