Not many visitors at Westfield in Shepherd's Bush realise how beautiful and affordable the Spaghetti House is! The staff are absolutely lovely and the dining experience is very much enjoyable. This was my second visit and definitely not the last!

The 4 stars for service is because always I had to ask, please give me the cutlery, napkins, coke after 20 min waiting for it, probably because was so crowded! But I liked the staff was nice and smiling except the supervisor which screamed few time

We visited Spaghetti House for dinner, at my child's suggestion (they love pasta).
We were seated straight away, had a good variety of vegetarian dishes to choose from and the food came very quickly. Everything was delicious (after finishing their portion, my child had some of my pasta as well!).

Manager is alert and she was very careful with my son's food because of his allergy restrictions. She checked on us and made sure we get what we have ordered. Food is amazing, just a big serving for our kids I suppose. But tastes super!
