I recently visited the restaurant with my partner for our 5th anniversary and had an overall enjoyable experience. The bartender service and welcoming were commendable, setting a positive tone for our evening. The food was delightful and left us satisfied.
Despite arriving late, the staff was courteous enough to accommodate us, although we felt a bit rushed when it came to ordering and especially when it came to desserts. We understand the need to close up on time, but it could have been handled more tactfully.
On the bright side, the restaurant ambiance is great, providing a visually appealing setting for a pleasant dining experience. The plating of the dishes also caught our attention.
In conclusion, the restaurant is a great place to dine, offering good value for money. With some minor adjustments in service timing, it has the potential to be an outstanding establishment. I would recommend this place to others looking for a decent dining experience at a reasonable price.
Starters was lovely we had burnt ends, which wasn’t really burnt ends more like a beef stew along with the crispy Asian beef this was spot on, crispy calamari & the garlic king prawns, main was lovely, and the deserts topped it off. Would defo return, I think the prices are fair. The kitchen closes at 21:30 they need to advertise this somewhere as online it just says it shuts at 11pm and it lets you book a dinner for up to 21:00 so if you go late and want a full course be aware. Apart from that lovely food!
Loved it!!! I was invited by my daughters for Father's Day... probably the best Father's day ever. I had a Steak Sampler...3 4oz steaks, rump, sirloin and fillet with triple cooked beef dripping chips and garlic mushrooms and onion rings. OMG! It was to die for! Our waiter, I think his name was Jude, was amazing even though it was busy he treated us amazingly! Will defo be back!
Really, really good food and choices for the money (we did the meal deal alongside a hotel stay, 2 courses plus drink, breakfast buffet and kids free breakfast with an adult) and staff even better! Friendly, quick and very helpful. We ate there over 3 nights and each meal was beautiful from starter to dessert. Steaks, fries, lamb, souvlaki, fish, burger, greek salad, squid etc were all spot on and the kids meals brilliant value and just as good as the main meals.
Cocktails (very extensive menu here!) and draught lagers great too!
We had the buffet breakfast in the morning too...everything from croissants, cereal and pancakes to fry ups and greek yoghurt.
The stand out superstars though were definitely the restaurant staff and the chefs...lovely bunch of people.
No complaints from us and we will definitely be back!
The staff were friendly and my order was prepared and served pretty quickly. Happy to come back in the future.
The chateaubriand was very tasty, but probably too small “for 2 people to share”. Loved the variety of sides, but the veggies (broccoli and spinach) were a bit bland.
Would be great if you also put a finer salt shaker on the table, because the salt grinder produces salt pieces that are too big.
Always a good steak here. I'd appreciate some vegetables as sides on the menu though. Sticky toffee pudding was not particularly "toffee tasting" and the pudding tasted quite "floury" so I'll be giving that a miss next time I stay. They seemed very busy and missed my wine which I had to point out and consequently it didn't arrive until I'd almost finished. I ordered different chips too. Breakfast in the morning was fine. Make sure you book your time or you won't get in.

The food was really good! Would highly recommend the spiral cut fillet and steak sampler.
Although it was a Sunday evening, it is obviously a popular place. It wasn't packed, but still steady with customers.
The service was very attentive and very friendly, without hanging around too much at the table. They were quick with their service, too.
The food was delicious! The food was cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and was piping hot when it came out. Massive compliments to the chef/s.
The layout is spacious, with a nice cosy feeling. Lighting isn't too bright either, which gives it a relaxed atmosphere/ambience.

Went here really for convenience, as it was part of hotel but was really surprised by the quality. Got to be the best rump steak I have had in a long time, cooked to perfection and the chips again were great chunky and not fries. The service was a bit slow but friendly and polite . Definitely enjoyed my dinner that evening and will go back there
Steak was good, beer was cold, dessert was impressive. Dinner for one while travelling. No complaints
If you are looking for a steak and meat restaurant this is a good one to try. Especially with the prices. It is very reasonable priced for the quality including alcohol.
Really good steak house. The food is great. Everything was yummy and good quality. Prices are very normal. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
Go for the steaks. They're great and cooked just like I asked for. The medium sirloin was my favourite.
Docked a star, as the burgers are not very good at all. I'm not sure what part of the burger was weird, maybe the bun? But I wouldn't go for that dish again.
