The staff on this Pret went above and beyond to assist me on Saturday when I found myself unable to orientated myself back to Westmister and in need of a toilet.
I have had coffees and food from Pret previously and always found it to be of good quality but the helpfulness of the staff in this store is truly noteworthy.

Coffee at Pret is usually disappointing. However here is better than most Pret. Good barista.

The high rating is given to the Barista Zala (no idea if it's spelt right). She's all the time focused, keeping an eye on the display about the upcoming drinks and restocking while the shop is relatively quiet. Patient and polite to customers' requests as well.
I have visited several shops around the area and most of the baristas don't give a shxt about what they served you (cold or dead shot or wrong drink etc).
I know how hard a barista's life could be, but you can always tell if someone is making an effort. Keep it up Zala.

Had a pleasingly heavy Ploughmans there on Monday. It was a welcome break, in a quiet corner, after the mayhem of the funeral. Quite a few Police in there getting refreshment too.

One of the smaller branches with the standard menu, same as all the other Prets. However we were able to get a seat as a party of 3, just after the lunch hour rush. Staff were all friendly and the premise was kept clean.

Food and drink were fantastic as always. Probably shouldn't lose a star for it really but there is very limited space at this location. However staff were fantastic and found a couple of spare seats for us so we could sit down.

Good range of food especially for the vegetarian and vegan customers. Price is fine, not too expensive and not cheap. Quality is good. The service at this Pret is efficient and well organised. There are some tables and chairs available but I think they fill up quickly at lunch times.

I love it.. All of them except the one next to London Eye which was very messy. Sandich choices are vast, warm wraps were great especially halloumi wrap as in photo. Good choice of salads and pastry. Mostly kind staff. Free tap water. Clean toilets. And good coffee and tea
