Great customer service! Remarkable food! I love the 'terrace'/wooden layout of this restaurant with a wooden menu too. They gave us free starters with a range of dips. I enjoyed their kebab!
When I'm away working, I try not to eat in 'chain' restaurants (unless there's no other option). Found this place in the evening (late Oct) it was quiet, sat inside and ordered a standard mixed kebab with rice and salad. The portion was amazing! It filled me up, easily enough to share between two. The meat was fresh, tasty, and succulent. I've been back twice now... I really must try their ribs 😋
I happened to be in London for work and decided to go for a walk when I stumbled across this place. I originally fancied a Wagamama, but then changed my mind for some reason. Glad I did as the meal I received was spot on. Great portion size, good looking food, really tasty and at a decent price. Lovely friendly staff too. Just a shame as a Muslim I noticed they serve alcohol which might be a put off for me next time.

Delicious and great service. The restaurant is very clean, staff is friendly and the menu has great options for everyone. I highly recommend the grilled seabass, lamb ribs and the Lamb doner, the seasoning was delicious and portions are generous. The salad is also very tasty.
To me this a 5Star Kitchen Restaurant that makes the Best Turkish Kebab i have ever eaten in my life!!! Topped up with great service and very homely. I literally can eat there daily. I Love It.
Perfectly grilled meats at an amazing price and friendly staff. The grill marks and flavours of the meats on the special dish were excellently prepared, now what could improve is the bulgur and hummus. Despite some shortcomings with the starters and carbs, the amount of food you get at a low value is ridiculously amazing! You're pretty much paying the price of one person at most restaurants and getting enough food for 3! Easy to recommend to anyone with a huge appetite or even small groups of friends happy to share.

A local gem - Turkish food done right! Highly recommended! Casual, relaxed dining and affordable prices. Great for dining on a budget - most dishes are from £3.50-£15. My friend and I dropped by to try their sharing platter for two (£18) which could have fed 3-4 people (three grilled meats, rice, salad, hummus and flat-bread). Generous portions, high-quality and beautifully presented/cooked. The lamb shish was juicy and tender, salads super fresh and flat-bread freshly grilled and dressed in olive oil. Warm, friendly and detailed customer service, too. I can’t wait to go back. Puts my faith back into local, family-run restaurants. Local London food done right. Currently no alcohol is available, but soft drinks start from £1.50. If you’re in the Angel area, do drop by! ✨

Busy and friendly
Went here by chance after having just arrived in London by plane and after not having eaten for a while, ie I was very hungry and literally popped into the next best place. What a nice surprise! The food is really delicious and fresh (I had lamb) and the service so friendly. I can highly recommend this place.

We visited Terrace Turkish Kitchen in October, 2019. It was my first visit back to London in 15 years and I was craving Turkish doner. A friend suggested this restaurant on Chapel Market instead of getting take-away. We were not disappointed. The lamb doner plate was big enough to share. The meat was good quality - very chunky. The sauces, hummus and spices were amazing. Looking forward to another visit to try some of the kabobs and lamb chops.
Delicious food and family friendly! We popped in here for dinner while on vacation with our two young children and the staff were nothing but friendly and generous with us. They truly made us feel welcome and didn’t mind that we made a mess. We shared the dinner platter and it was superb. Especially the lamb!

We have lived in the area for 6 years and have never been here, but we weren’t disappointed at all. We were surprised how much the platter for two was! We couldn’t finished it! The food was really good and fresh, we enjoyed everything! Our new fave spot and would definitely recommend 😁

The lamb chops! Oh my word, the lamb chops! I don't know if these are sourced from lamb heaven itself, but these have to be some of the best lamb chops I've ever had in my life (and I go to a lot of Turkish grills).
They have the perfect balance of meat to fat and are seasoned in what I can only imagine is pure, uncut ecstasy. Even as I type this, my mouth is watering at the memory. Ok, need to shift focus so I don't start drooling over my keyboard.
The service! Yes, the service, that will do. The service is phenomenal. The owner spent a good 10 minutes with us explaining how to cook the lamb chops and then also running us through the what seasoning they use. When he didn't know the English words for some of the seasonings, he would use google translate. Talk about going the extra mile.
Despite having a great butcher who sells good quality lamb chops and knowing all the seasoning, I will 100% be back to this restaurant again as I'm sure I won't even come close to being able to replicate the quality.That and the fact that the owner was so gracious and helpful has definitely made me a loyal customer for life.
