The Spaniards Inn - London - Photo album

Our entire experience here was great. It was a really hot day so we chose to eat outside. We were a large party of 8 but, for the most part, we received our food in a timely manner. There was one mix up with a meal but it was quickly rectified and removed from the bill immediately as way of apology.
Popped in for lunch, hadn’t booked but as it was earlier in the session we were able to get a table. Does get busy so will definitely book beforehand next time. Food was good and served fairly quickly considering how busy it became. Friendly and welcoming staff and good value for money.
We decided to have a lunch las Sunday in the garden. Perfect place, great service and food. We had some starters salmon and scallops, follow by steak and finish with ginger sponge and an delicious basque cheesecake.
Lovely staff and pace. The garden space is beatiful. The service was fantastic.... The food was delicious and on the table with minimal delay, which may be a concern at times, but there was nothing to be concerned with in the case. Great portions. Worth adding there is a very handy car park for gue
Such an iconic pub Really love the vibe Food was good Only downside was the cabbage with my chicken pie It was soaking with water and it was bland But Chicken hamcock and leak pie was delicious Best part was the dessert Mango and raspberry eton mess Amazing
A very historic, cool pub/restaurant that dates back to 1585! Lovely cozy atmosphere and friendly, welcoming staff. Food was delicious too! Definitely a place to visit if you’re in the area. Close by the Kenwood House too.
If you are looking for a wonderful Sunday roast / getaway from the city, I highly recommend making a reservation. From Becky making my reservation, to Mark and Kiara’s wonderful hospitality, this is a must visit. They also accommodate gluten free options as well 😊
I decided to try The Spaniards Inn on a recent trip to London and I’m glad I did! It was definitely the best fish and chips I’ve ever had and the drinks were good too. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was nice. I also love the fact that it’s a historic pub built in 1585 and one of my favori
Historic pub in Hampstead with a reputation for excellent food and drink. I recently visited for a Sunday roast, and I was not disappointed. The chateaubriand was cooked to perfection, and the accompanying vegetables were fresh and flavorful. The portion size was generous, and I could barely finish
We enjoyed a fabulous Easter Sunday roast, food was fantastic, service was great. I highly recommend the Camembert in sourdough for sharing, but also they serve a delicious and very satisfying vegan roast (my friend had the chicken, said it was the best she’d tasted), the Eaton mess was ridiculously
I've been here a few times and it never disappoints! Went for a lovely meal and had amazing service from Gina who was friendly, quick and attentive. We didn't have to wait long to be served after being seated and she checked up on us incase we needed anything or had any issues. The food itself was a
Had a great time at this lovely old pub, all I needed was Poldark to come through the door, absolutely love the building outside was also beautiful, i thought I would have been cold but they had some great outside heating. We had a great hostess called "Gina" she was absolutely wonderful! Very patie
Great 16 century pub - just amazing history behind it! Classic and quality menu (try their ribeye) and great service most of the time, unless they are really packed. Nice indoors and outdoor terrace in the summer is just a joy. We go often for lunches and dinners. Join us!
Great food quality, tasty and homemade, although portions were a bit small for the price. Lovely atmosphere for both just a pint or a Sunday roast. Good attention and highly recommended to book in advance or won't find a table available. One of those "must to visit" if you go around the area. Defini
A Historic Gem with Unforgettable Charm The Spaniards Inn is a truly exceptional pub that captures the essence of old-world charm and British hospitality. From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to a bygone era, surrounded by rich history and warm ambiance. The beef Sunday roast is als
Food absolutely superb service not so good. Busy as sunny day garden full but sitting inside near to bar we were constantly asking for items ordered such as our first round of drinks then the wine then once we got our food had to ask for sides. Managers catchphrase was No problem ! Indeed it's not
Enjoyed our Sunday roast... but the fact that we had to wait over 2 hours to get our meal makes it feel like they need more staff (wait staff were run ragged). Disappointed with the popover but maybe it's impossible to recreate every person's grandma's popovers... great ambiance and historic exper
Historic London pub originally built in the late 1500s, very cozy (watch your head walking through the door ways if you are tall!), excellent food and friendly staff. Would highly recommend (we went on a weekday for lunch).
