I go here most mornings before work (around 8.30am) and the staff are brilliant - super helpful and friendly, especially when its so hectic in the morning. There is, in particular, a man who wears a rainbow lanyard around his neck who has a really friendly disposition and is working hard to get everyone their requests. Just wanted to post a bit of appreciation.

can't fault the food, drinks or service. super friendly staff even at the crack of dawn and always super helpful! the only thing i would mention is that the plugs to charge your phones / laptops don't work (at least in the area to the right of the toilets), which can be a massive inconvenience when you plan to do work here. either way, i really appreciate how i'm always greeted with kindness and smiles, especially in the mornings when i'm really tired before my coffee. thanks guys 🤍

Gabriella is such a sweetie! I returned to Pret three hours after realising I’d accidentally chucked my mobile in the bin. The place was heaving but, bless her, she cheerfully went through all the sacks. Thirteen bags later we heard the dulcet tones of my phone ringing among the refuse. I swear she was as happy as me as she triumphantly whipped out my lost treasure before disinfecting it and insisting the whole shenanigan had been no bother. Ps The coffee and wraps are top nom nom!

Dropped in here to grab a hot chocolate and snack and was greeted by the most charming gentlemen, Muhammad. He made us the best hot chocolate—it tasted just like a chocolate bar! And he gave us some really good advice about getting around as visitors. It was very refreshing to speak with him. He was kind, sincere and the customer service was top notch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The snacks we’re good too. Specifically, the mango, granola sunrise.

Came to get a baguette for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised by the service provided by the woman who was serving starting around 6am. It is so nice and refreshing to see the more senior staff providing other guests with amazing service. Thank you!

A busy centrally located pret. This pret has seating area but is often very busy. Wide selection of drinks and fresh food available here. Staff are friendly. Has toilets although atm where out of order. If you need quick higher quality healthier fast food then this is a good place. Grab and go.

Well what to say its a Pret much like any other in the chain so food and drink is a known quantity. I will say this one has a lot of seating more than most and is open later in evening, tables and floor was being cleaned when I was visited which was good to see.
