Amazing. We'd already got a fun vegetarian restaurant in Cambridge and now we have a fabulous vegan one too! Stem + Glory adjoins the new Mitcham's Corner yoga studio (recently opened by Camyoga) which helps lend a lovely calm atmosphere to the eatery. Their fine dining evenings are a real treat. Stunning looking food which tastes incredible. I overheard a woman on the adjoining table enthuse to her partner that as a vegan she'd never been able to have a taster menu before. The space was abuzz with people excited to be eating top notch vegan food in Cambridge. All the food was wonderful, but my favourites were the salad course and the dessert. I knew we'd be in for a treat at the end since I'd taken Stem + Glory's yuletide chocolate log home at Christmas. I have no idea how such exquisite baking is done without eggs, butter, and cream. Here be magic!

Lovely meal, best vegan meal I've eaten out in a long while. You pay for a plate then pile it with variety of hot and cold foods - bit like tapas? I had Spring pie, lasagne, coleslaw and potato salad with dill. All homemade and scrumptious. We went home with some cookies and I braved a turmeric latte which was really nice.
We came here for a quick lunch and were very pleasantly surprised. Service was prompt and the space is lovely inside, and although it was very quiet it still didn't feel too empty. I imagine it would be a bit more lively during peak lunch time. Food was delicious! I had the katsu curry with tofu which was pretty great. The curry sauce was a tiny bit too sweet for my taste and definitely could have used some more spice, but it was still super flavourful and hearty. The rice was fantastic! My partner had the 'scallops' and tacos both of which were excellent, especially the tacos. Will definitely return if we find ourselves in the area, and if you're looking for a good selection of vegan meals then this is probably worth the trip from the surrounding areas.
Nice vegan restaurant few steps away from St Paul Cathedral. The menu is wide and full of choices, which highlights the carbon footprint of each dish. The main portions are the best option if you want a quick lunch/dinner without getting too full and try some starters in a bigger version. Overall, from starters to dessert, I was happy to have tried this restaurant and I will definitely try again in the future. The only negative note was my glass of wine… I know that wine is served in a proper wine glass otherwise it will get warm quite quickly, but apparently they served in a water glass which left me a bit disappointed… On the other hand, it was a pleasure splitting the bill since they use an app to deliver and pay the table bill so no paper/ink is involved (smart and wonderful idea)
Divine food, really surprising in terms of flavours and textures, testimony to how top notch vegan food can be. We opted for a few small dishes instead of mains, to be able to try more, and enjoyed it all.
But...
Atmosphere and decor are nice, but must be the carbon free orientation keeping a teetering table like the one we sat at, and chiped chairs with their white paint peeling off... definetely disgusting is the much stained upholstery to the long bench.
Service is good, though a bit on the slow side, and not uniformely attentive, since we were helped by 3 different people.
Though the room less than half full, desert station must have been feeling lazy or uninspired that day, since we got the ugliest piece of cheesecake served with careless presentation. Having seen other pictures, felt quite disappointing.
Kitchen being open to the salon, one leaves smelling to food, which seems to be a much londoner thing. Not advisable, depending on one's next appointment.
Indeed this is the best place for plant - based stir, vegan restaurant in London.
Food is delicious and creative with a complimentary dessert served for VIP members.
I wish I could give it 5 start but I have to be honest as ever experience matter on rating
First, I called to book a table as I couldn't find a link to book on google search and its wasn't a good exeprince , who's ever pick up the phone just hung the phone on me before even I finish my question.
Second, it felt like there is no communication between the staff or they don't serve guests per table, as three different people served our food, ask the same question, try to take the order, its a bit disturbing as we can't even catch up with my date.
Wow, wow, WOW!!! If you haven’t been to Stem & Glory, get over here ASAP!
I have MANY dietary issues for health reasons (following a Medical Medium lifestyle) and the team at Stem & Glory made a special 3 course meal just for me! It was such a creative meal and absolutely DELICIOUS! I felt like a princess. The kitchen staff was extremely friendly and said they had fun figuring out what to make me. Everyone was so friendly and kind and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I wish I could give this place a million stars. They deserve it!
Also, my husband is not vegan and he thoroughly enjoyed his meal as well! He couldn’t decide and got several small plates. Loved them all. And he wants to come back to try more dishes.
The food was fantastic and beautifully presented. Creative flavor combinations. Kind and friendly staff. Many gluten-free options. Our favourite was the King Oyster Mushroom “scallops”.
Cool place, good people, sustainable goal, nice interior design!
The bowl my friend got was good, Mediterranean bowl was not that great tbh. A bit too oily, made me feel heavy after and lack of carbs made me still feel hungry. Would recommend changing it.
Note: the bill did not allow me to not pay carbon neutrality donation.
Cool place and well presented dishes. We really liked the BBQ cauliflower wings and the fish tacos. The Szechuan aubergine main was a little rich and sickly though and the sauce for that should be toned down a few notches. We'd definitely go back though and try more things, plus get others that we enjoyed again.
Also I liked their environmental initiative with the cuttlery not being changed from starter to main. We normally try and do that anyway but it's nice to see a restaurant encouraging it. I can imagine some customers don't like that, but I have respect to the restaurant for doing this.
Absolutely delicious, wonderful staff - Punom is a gem! Food is so well though out, flavours are amazing and presentation is so pretty. Highly recommended
Great food and friendly staff. They started to list the carbon footprint of each item on the menu which is incredible. I had the apple and lavender latte, kimchi pancakes (which taste more delicious than I recall from the Cambridge branch) and the dirty burger. Fully recommended for great tasting ethical food.
