Wasabi is a very good place to eat something very quick and healthy. You have a variety of noodles, sushi boxes, bento boxes ... It is good, specially if you are traveling on a budget.
Fast food sushi and Japanese food on the go. Excellent concept where sushi is ready made and individually wrapped (or in set boxes) available in many locations around London. Prices are perfect for this. You simply get what you pay for.
I love wasabi! I think it's one of the best quality/price relations I've seen. I payed for the box in the picture 5,17 pounds and the fish was quite good as well as pretty fullfiling. I do not know how they made a chain of sushi with so good quality and pretty cheap but I very thankfull. The only bad thing I will say is that the difference between eat in and take a away is enormous and for me doesnt make any sense since there is no dishes to wash or table service.
Delicious and cheap food . As London is a busy town and wasabi is the place to go for a small stop to eat a big meal when you dont have the time to wait .
I found this place on my way to Hyde Park. The food looked nice and there was a variety of take away options, including some sweets. I had chicken yakisoba noodles and a Mochi filled with Japanese red bean paste. Everything was good and because it was so close to my destination, I end up having a really nice meal in Hyde Park.
Wasabi is a nice place i recommend for a quick take away. This one is located near the Hyde Park, so that gave me the opportunity to have a nice meal in the park.
The food itself was okay, had some chicken yakisoba noodles, but you can experience better noodles at Chinatown. But the location is just perfect.
This is a delicious restaurant and I would recommend it to anyone who loves Japanese cuisine. It is clean and the staff are really friendly. You can eat in but there are hardly any tables left as it is so popular so you would be better eating out.
To be honest, I had very low expectations when I entered this place. I was afraid that food could be dry and old… and I was afraid that my stomach would suffer more than my pocket. Wrong, way wrong. Food is good, sashimi was fresh and the misu soup was acceptable. Price was very low, what was really a positive side. May get back again…
Fantastic food and the staff a very friendly and polite. The Chicken Katsu Dragon Rolls were 🤤
Don’t understand the negative comments. We went there on Jan 1st with my parents. Lots of products available, service was nice and friendly, the room was clean. I haven’t been for to a wasabi for 10years and the quality is still good, the chick katsu was tasty and fresh as well as the sushi. Few veggie/vegan options too. It’s. Its ok for a quick snack on the go (obviously not like Roka or Nobu) but it cost less than Prêt or mc-Donald or anywhere in this area.
These are mostly self service, pick up, scan and pay. You can choose to eat in to takeaway. There are support staff as well for assistance. The sushi boxes have a higher price for dine-in written in small size while the takeaway price which is lower is very big & attractive. The prices should be displayed at the same font size equally to help people make an informed choice. Otherwise, it's good. The quality of food is actually good for QSR. It's also healthier than fast food.
Very good selection of sushi and always tasty.
Sweet chilli chicken was nice spices today, sometimes it's not as hot and sometimes it is. This was a large so an extra spoon for £1.95 , worth it when you are feeling that little bit hungry. Some seating available that tends to rotate fast. Friendly staff and helpful.
Many thanks
3 of us are here yesterday, I’m already familiar with Wasabi and really like it but my party members had never tried it. I think they had low expectations due to it being boxed but they really enjoyed it! Sushi was really fresh, full of taste and not too expensive for what we ordered.
Only nitpick is with the actual store and the seats they have. They’re too low and swivel but don’t turn around much when sat down as your legs hit the table so it’s not ideal. If you’re taking out, definitely give wasabi a go.
Loooove their tofu curry and the new vegan salmon. Wasabi is my go to for a vegan lunch in the city ✌🏻💚🌱
The staff were friendly and courteous, as for the food it was delicious!
It's the best fast food for Shushi! The quality is good for the price.
Food is good for a quick bite.
Service is quick too.
