I loved this place. I could eat here everyday. Good portion, everyone was happy. On the bad side, the food took a while to come. But once it did I was v happy. Light fluffy flavoursome prawns, well cooked meat. V nice. The staff were hit and miss. Some were over attentive and others didn't want to hear anything. I'd say the place is under staffed when we went. But i would definitely go again.
We had a great meal here on Saturday night! The food was really good, and big portions that we couldn't even finish!
The cocktails were very nice too!
It was very busy when we were there at about 6pm so I recommend booking ahead.

My original review for "Bubba Gump Shrimp " was awful! The service was diabolical! We were turned away for being 10 minutes early, soaking wet from the rain shower! Food was half eaten!
On our return...I couldn't have been more pleased. We were welcomed like we were important. Our server, Rob, was very attentive, making sure everything was OK. Food was lovely, and hot. Nothing left on the plates.
Will definitely return on our next visit to London.

Food was good but the interior really takes the cake.
If you're a film lover you will love all the Easter eggs in the restaurant.
Restaurant was quite busy but they still managed to deliver our menu is good time.
The menu is a hit and miss with the flavours, and the pricing is above the average.

The decor was wicked, the staff were so lovely and the food was amazing! So tasty and really filling but still wanted to stay and keep eating.
I'm gutted there isn't a restaurant up north but will definitely be coming back next time I'm in London!
Food was good but for a place in the middle of London city I was expecting more as the price was not cheap at all.
The staff was friendly and helpful, unfortunately I believe that when the place is full they got a bit lost and the food takes more time to reach the table as per experience my drinks arrived just after I started to eat.
The interior of the place is great, full of pictures, car plates and other stuff, really cool.
Great restaurant with lovely staff. Got there 45 mins early for our booking but managed to get us seated within 5 mins of arrival.
The menu is huge with lots of options to choose from.
I had the Bruschetta and the Shrimp Boil which were both lovely, I then finished with the Rhubarb and Apple Cheesecake which is great.

Lovely food here! Staff are really friendly and chatty, they can't do enough to please you. Easy listening music in the background.
It's a shame the bubba Gump franchise has left the restaurant and all of Europe for that matter, but that's not the restaurant's fault! The only thing I can find to pick on, is the fact there was a big tear in the seat I was on. But even that didn't make it uncomfortable, but is the only reason it didn't get 5 stars.
Cajun shrimp was amazing, I will definitely come back to it. We also had : Artichoke and spinach,Coconut Shrimp, and Tilapia with Lobster Sauce. All of them were good. Nice American atmosphere in the restaurant. Prices are medium to high.
Everything about Bubba Gump Shrimp was exceptional. Food was great, environment was engaging and detailed intricately. The staff were exceptional and professional, never failing to be kind and serviced us to immaculate standards, creating a great family environment as well.
We will definitely bring my draughters next time to enjoy!
Could have spent hours looking at the walls here. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Have an amazing idea where you flip a sign to make your waiter aware you want them to stop so there not all over you why you eat. Food was all amazing I'm fussy but would definitely return here. Something for everyone.
4 stars is about right, not as good as it’s American cousins, cocktails were nice if not on the “juice” side, food was ok but I would of liked it served hotter. Service prompt and “basic” for what should be an experience. Surprised at how quite a Friday night was at 7pm.
